Guide To Using BreastActives
PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives
as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. How I Achieved My Results

1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

a lot of you are saying they got bigger then smaller then bigger again. I want to hear from someone who has stopped taking the pills. do you just go back to what you started?

Hey everyone! I skimmed through a lot of these posts trying to collect some answers to my many questions. I am currently in the middle of my 4th month taking BA and I have not seen many noticeable results. I never had soreness in the beginning, but experienced a random spell of it last month. I thought that my breasts were growing in the start, but it seemed to have stopped (like many women are saying). Someone posted about mood changes with depression and I HAVE experienced that for sure!
I wish I could tell the "newbies" great advice for great results, but I unfortunately do not have any because of my lack of results. I am very confused at this state because this is my last bottle and pod of cream, and I do not know if I should order more, or try a different company. I just do not want to stop in case it'll start working next month, but I do not want to keep paying for a lost cause.
Has anyone experienced these issues/concerns? Has anyone just kept trying and eventually had results? Also, I was thinking about the 90-day money back guarantee, but I am on my 4th month, past that day, so cannot I not receive money back since they aren't working? Or can I send in the empties?

Kristin- I'm in the same situation with you. I have about 3 weeks left on my 4th bottle and I don't know if I want to order more. I was very excited with my results in the first month but that was pretty much it. I don't think my breast grew after the first month. My breast gets firm before my period but it gets back to normal soon after my period ends. Did anyone experience significant growth after the 4th bottle?

I have not finished taking the pills, so I can't answer your question, Jane. I have 1/2 month left of my 6-month supply. My body's response is pretty much what Becky described. Usually, my breasts are gets larger from ovulation to the time I get my period. However, this past month I was under more stress than normal and I've had less sleep. When I compared my post-ovulation breasts to previous months, they are smaller and less firm. I attribute that to stress. So my advice to you out there is to reduce the amount of stress in your life and get adequate amount of sleep.
From what I've read, the results you obtain should not go away after you stop taking the pills. I'll keep y'all posted after I discontinue to pills. But my results was so small, it may be hard to tell if the results last.

I am really thinking of using a different product. My boyfriend says I should just completely finish up this last bottle and end it once and for all, but I am very disappointed and was hoping for breast growth, like everyone else! Has anyone heard any great feedback from actual people about another breast enhancer? I don't want to give up now! I want bigger boobs dammit! haha...

Vicki, if you don't mind my asking, how much have you grown since you started BA? You said you were having similar responses to Becky and I, but after 4 months have you seen anymore change? The reason I ask is because I was going to order a couple more months worth to see if maybe my breasts will grow more (because for some reason maybe it just takes SIX months for the pills to kick in for me!), but I do not want to waste the money if I will not have anymore results since you have had similar experiences with the pill as I have.

Barely in my first week of BA, having high hopes, reading all of your messages, lol...to be honest, your comments have gotten me kind of depressed... it seems that all of you ladies want it to work right away, mind you, i'm in a rush too, but i understand that these things take time. I'm going to keep at it for a full 6 months, and if i see results, i might continue. i also bought fenugreek online and am planning on taking it when it arrives.
But honestly ladies, here's the bottom line for all of you. Just because something works for one person, doesn't mean that it will work for all, all we can do (the hopeful ones) is buy the product, use it, and cross our fingers that our body chemistry reacts well with it and gives us the results we want.
You ladies all seem so discourage at not seeing before and after pictures, getting more testmonials, hearing better, surer results..lol.. try it for yourselfs, it's not the end of the world if you don't get the results you want, there will always be better, newer, different products out there for you to try. Kristin, most of my growth was in the first month. I really did not see much growth in 2nd & 3rd months, a little in the 4th month, but nothing else since. My opion is if you don't see much growth, or continued growth in the first few months, you won't get the results you're looking for. I think I read in one of the BA sites that once you stop seeing growth for one month, you can stop using. Apparently, that's when you know your breasts will stop developing. I believe that's a true statement. From the many BA posts that I've read, those that had good results see initial growth and continue to see growth, even if at times it was slow growth. I don't know if I posted this here before not, but I started looking into another product. You may want to check out Natureday.com. There are lots of testimonials from people who are happy with the results. I even read a comment from someone who used BA, did not get good results, tried Natureday Fulfillment and it worked for her.

Thank you so much Vicki!!! I will definitely look into it instead of ordering more BA. If I intend to buy it, I will let everyone know how it works out! I think that Bestsy Luu is right in that BA does more for some and not for others.
A word to the wise. If the product doesn't seem to work after AT LEAST 3-4 months, try another product. I did give BA time and I did everything correct, but it just wasn't in the cards for me. It is possible that the chemicals in the product are just not correct for a lot of women's body chemistry. I DO NOT SHUN using the product because I did see small results, but the results were not nearly enough to measuring up to my expectations. I would have been happy with a 1/2 cup more. Ladies: I guess you will never know unless you try!
