Guide To Using BreastActives
PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives
as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. How I Achieved My Results

1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

Sexy - take both pills at the same time.
Brandy - I have not had acne due to BA, but BA does change your hormonal balance, so I wouldn't be surprised if you are getting acne. I don't think that's common though.

hi ladies..as some of u may know i am a former user of ba and it did not work for me,anywho...i did go to natureday fulfillment like one of the other girls said just to check it out.it looks even more convincing then ba except they dont realy have to much information but tons and tons of testimonials and pictures that seem so real...pls ladies if u have the time and are in search of a alternate method cause ba did not or is not working for u,check it out and let me know what u all think cause i told myself i wouldnt do this again but i guess i am in need of ur advice cuz i am considering natureday but real am on the borderline and dont know..thank you all for time. good luck ladies

Alyssa- I wonder if you know about "eve's natural breast forum" site. It has tons of information (about natureday too) about natural breast enhancement. Just google it and check it out. By the way, I am also considering to try natureday liquid.

thanks Becky for the advice,i checked it out and it seems like the liquid was working for many of the ladies who were trying it out but somethin that was a little odd to me was that there were 2 ladies who said they experienced shrinkage from the pills and the rest of the ladies who tried the pills said they simply just didnt do anything for them but the liquid seems to work very well.im still undecided.

Hey guys! It's funny you are all talking about natureday now because I took the advice to try it. I went to the site and was very impressed with the professionalism and the honesty. It was incredible to hear that women and MEN have had outstanding results in just 7 days! I was so excited that I ordered the Success Package, which consisted of 2 bottles of the liquid and 1 of pills. ON TOP OF IT ALL, the customer service is untouchable. They respond so quickly and answer your questions sincerely, not just with a generic answer that is recorded in their files. I told them about my problems with BA, and they said that the pills take much long to work because the herbs in the pills have to be dried. Amy, the customer rep, suggested I request all liquid for my subscription. I started today and have HIGH hopes! I will let you all in on how it works out. HOPEFULLY IN A WEEK!!!! Take care!

Hi,I just receive my breast active pills and cream and have not started yet.The pills never came with instructions on what to avoid drinking and eatting and am glad I came across this site. This will be my second pills that I am trying, first one didn't work and I hope it would work. I breast feed four of my children and you can imagine why I am trying pills. Thank you so much for this site, I will read up before taking the pills.

Hello all! I started BA last week. My husband said my breasts seemed fuller. Is this normal? I am a little sore. I am taking this as a good sign and I pray this means it is going to help me. When should I expect to really see a difference? Thank you!

Hello everyone, I am going to start taking the pills tomorrow and finish the 6 months trying to keep my hopes high. I have read alot of this and that about the pills not working and weigh gain ect.. but omg Why dont they send instruction on how to use the pills and cream, am going to start taking the pill in the afternoon, incase I sleep in late on the weekend. Do I take both pills at the same time and use the cream ? How is the cream applied ?I have email BA with question and I have never got any reply back yet

I use to take breast gain plus and it did not work and I had been taking that for the longest time.
