Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

 

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.   Watch out for the fakes (BUY THEM HERE - OFFICIAL WEBSITE)
     
  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.
     
  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.
     
  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

hello ladies, ok i'm about 1 month and 2 weeks into BA. first of all i would like to say that my breast HAVE indeed grown. i know that the improper way to measure your breasts are to measure it by bust with a foldable tape measure, but i did it anyway. i went from a 31 to a 33, big improvement for me, trust me. however, i do have a problem with my breasts being different sizes, i went into this program hoping that they would even out. if they are, it's slowly, slowly, SLOWLY evening out. i'm not giving up hope. my bras are getting tighter, then again, i don't know if it's my breast or actually me as a whole getting wider. (btw did i mention i'm gaining weight?) very very little by the way, not enough to make me freak out. but enough to put the right amount of curves on me. needless to say, i doubt i'm going to pass 120. (and i'm 5'3'')
at this moment, along with BA i'm also taking: iron, cranberry pills, fengugreek seed, saw palmetto, and birth control pills (ortho-tri cyclen low).

SO FAR, it has no effect on my birth control pills, i'm sexually active (without a condom) and am getting my periods regularly (well, as regular as they will get, but they're there)i have read from women that the growth will slow down in the 2-4 month. since i'm expecting it, i'm hoping that most of my growing will be in the 1-2 months.
keep optimistic ladies, positive thinking makes a big difference!

Bestsy Luu - I also have just crossed the 6 week mark and the is no denying I have gotten bigger, too. The bra that used to be very loose fitting is now very snug. I am just about to get my period so I'm waiting to see if they go down after my next period before I get very excitied. I have not gained any weight.

I do 10 - 15 minutes of massage in the am and pm. I take BA and a fenugreek supplement. I was soaking the seeds and drinking the water but my store ran out of the seeds. I am very hopefull to keep growing.

didn't realize fengugreek came in seeds, i just take the capsules. i'm still awaiting my smaller breast to play catch up. it seems that it is growing, but not at the rate as the other. hmmm, i guess we'll just have to see.

i don't have time to massage the cream on for that long. i basically just apply it on like lotion. i would like to do it twice a day, but once is all i'm able to in my schedule.

do you have a size problem, tess?
or were you one of the lucky ones that were born with even breasts?
have you also tried measuring them? with cup size or measuring tape?

Bestsy Luu. My right breast was smaller than the left one, that seems to have evenned out.

I found a website that discussed other natural ways of increasing breast size and it recommend a specific massage technique and how to make your own massage oil with Ylang Ylang, gernanium oil, etc. I figure the more I do, the better That's why I do the massage. I apply the cream at a seperate time.

You can get fenugreek seeds at a health food store. You can also get fenugreek extract, add it to your favorite lotion.

I never did measure myself. I am a B width but have never been able to fill a B bra without a lot of pushup padding. I had one bra that didn't have as much padding as the rest and I never filled it in properly. I fill it now. I haven't been bra shopping yet to see if I can fit into a regular B bra yet. I just got my period today so I'm waiting to see if they stay larger and then I might go give it a try.

tess, now that you mention it, i never noticed if my breasts gets smaller "during or before" my cycle, let me know if yours changed. if it does, the changes are too minor for me to notice. i'm on my cycle now, and i don't seem to see any changes. however, i can tell you that my bras are getting very uncomfortable. i want to be positive and say that it's all becuase of my breasts, but i think i'm getting wider in the upper body too. are you having that problem? are you filling out your cups fine, but the straps around your body seems tighter?

when did your breasts even out? before of after you started taking BA?

hello I am considering buying BA but I was wondering if you need to be a certain age to use it please reply if you have a bottle of BA and on the bottle it has an age requirement thank you so much good luck to all

Hello everyone!

I have been using BA for about a month now. I noticed my breasts were very tender after about a week and a half. As far as anything else goes, nothing! Honestly I think that all of us want so badly to believe that this product will work that we aren't really listening to what everyone is trying to tell us...This product does not do what it says it will do. Whenever a Company does not reply and avoids people there is definately something wrong. I would like to believe like everyone else that this will work but after reading all these postings I have very serious doubts. I have a few days supply left but I doubt that I will reorder anymore. Its sounds like people are having trouble getting refunded also. I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars for nothing and that seems to be what everyone is getting. Best of luck to you all.

Hi gals! I was just wondering where to buy fenugreek seeds. I want to increase my chances of growth and I'm hearing left and right to drink water soaked with the seeds. I would buy online, but that's not exactly the approach I want to take. Does anyone know of any stores that I can buy them from that would be local? Like a grocery store?

kristen, i actually get them on amazon. (in large quanities) they have helped a great deal in my breasts growth, another one you might want to look into is "saw palmetto" i'm taking both along with BA. i'm 2 months in my pills and measured myself froma 31 to a 33. but if you dont' want to buy online, any vitamin store will have it. i dont' think walmart has it, try cvs, rite aid, etc. but a store that is SPECIFICALLY for vitamins will surely have it. good luck to you!
