Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

tess, now that you mention it, i never noticed if my breasts gets smaller "during or before" my cycle, let me know if yours changed. if it does, the changes are too minor for me to notice. i'm on my cycle now, and i don't seem to see any changes. however, i can tell you that my bras are getting very uncomfortable. i want to be positive and say that it's all becuase of my breasts, but i think i'm getting wider in the upper body too. are you having that problem? are you filling out your cups fine, but the straps around your body seems tighter?

when did your breasts even out? before of after you started taking BA?

hello I am considering buying BA but I was wondering if you need to be a certain age to use it please reply if you have a bottle of BA and on the bottle it has an age requirement thank you so much good luck to all

Hello everyone!

I have been using BA for about a month now. I noticed my breasts were very tender after about a week and a half. As far as anything else goes, nothing! Honestly I think that all of us want so badly to believe that this product will work that we aren't really listening to what everyone is trying to tell us...This product does not do what it says it will do. Whenever a Company does not reply and avoids people there is definately something wrong. I would like to believe like everyone else that this will work but after reading all these postings I have very serious doubts. I have a few days supply left but I doubt that I will reorder anymore. Its sounds like people are having trouble getting refunded also. I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars for nothing and that seems to be what everyone is getting. Best of luck to you all.

Hi gals! I was just wondering where to buy fenugreek seeds. I want to increase my chances of growth and I'm hearing left and right to drink water soaked with the seeds. I would buy online, but that's not exactly the approach I want to take. Does anyone know of any stores that I can buy them from that would be local? Like a grocery store?

kristen, i actually get them on amazon. (in large quanities) they have helped a great deal in my breasts growth, another one you might want to look into is "saw palmetto" i'm taking both along with BA. i'm 2 months in my pills and measured myself froma 31 to a 33. but if you dont' want to buy online, any vitamin store will have it. i dont' think walmart has it, try cvs, rite aid, etc. but a store that is SPECIFICALLY for vitamins will surely have it. good luck to you!

Kristin - On the west coast we have a Fred Meyers and they carry fenugreek seeds (no shipping costs . Health food stores should carry them, too. Try the yellow pages and call around for a store near you.

Bestsy Luu - After my cycle, my soreness went away and I thought for sure my size did too. They seemed to be back to my starting size but when I tried on the larger bra I am definately filling it in much better. Slow growth but I think that is progress. I didn't measure them at the start but I keep a larger bra on hand and try it on every once in a while to track my progress.

Also - I was reading somewhere that you may or may not feel anything as our breast deposit fatty tissue and grow. I think it might be normal not to feel anything so don't give up hope. Also - I think this takes some time, ladies. Don't expect miracles in one month, or even two. We've been living with small boobies for years. Be willing to invest some time. Give your bodies some time to adjust and absorb the herbs and to let them start working. Give them the best environment you can to let them work and stay positive.

kristen, i get them in caps, easier to swallow, i think that's what they come in. i tried to find the seeds to "soak them in water" and drink it, but couldn't find any. if you find them, that's great, but i'm afraid the flavor might be a little on the medicinal side.

Ok..so i just received my Breast Actives...and i also bought the fenugreek vitamins...but what i was wondering is how much of the fenugreek do i take? and do i take it at the same time as the breast actives? Also do i take two breast actives pills at the same time once a day or one in the morning and once at night? im a little confused if someone could help me that would be great! Thanks!

Maddison, take the fengugreek seeds once a day the same time as the BA. Try to take the pills the same time each day. i'm usually about 2-3 hours off each day, which doesn't really make a difference. you take the two BA pills togtether at the same time. let me know if you have more questions, that's what we're here for.

btw, look into saw palmetto, it's like fengugreek seed, it's just an extra herb to help boost your breast glands. i'm taking both of them with my BA.
