Guide To Using BreastActives
PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives
as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important. For those of you who may not know who I am here is a link to my original submission to PublicHealthForums.com that was featured on their website.

How I Achieved My Results
-
1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.
-
2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.
-
3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.
-
3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.
That's It Good luck ladies

Thank you Jaxon and Tess! You've both been a fantastic help. I will hopefully buy both the fenugreek and saw palmetto seeds soon!!!!

I was reading all about Saw Palmetto, and I keep seeing the recurrence of use as a supplement that aids men with urinary issues or enlarged prostate problems. How does this help women increase bust size?

Thanks Jaxon, so much!!! I just bought my Fenugreek seeds and Saw Palmetto berries tonight at the Vitamin Shoppe. I am very excited to start using them and I'll hopefully notice a great difference. I will check out that website right now. I really appreciate the time you took in answering my questions and providing fantastic information. I'll update everyone with hopefully SUPER results! Take care!

JAXON: I was reading up on that site you gave me and it says for women to consume 160 mg of 85-95% extract. Well I didn't know which Saw Palmetto to buy in the store and I just bought 580 MG Saw Palmetto Berries, not extract. There is no percentage or anything on the label, it just says Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens)(berry) 580MG per serving. In my mind at the store I thought anything extract would be just a little portion of Saw Palmetto with a few other ingredients and would dilute the herb. That's why I bought the berries one because it was just pure Saw Palmetto. Should I have bought the extract? Or am I ok? eeeeeek!

Kristin: my bottle says saw palmetto 540mg (not the berries) i think the difference is that the part of the plant that is extracted berries will obviously be the berries, if it doesn't state what it is, then it's usually the leaves, stem, or roots.
i honestly don't know if it will make the difference. however, in all my research, i've never come across saw palmetto 'berries'. u can try it to see if it's the same if you want, but i'm not sure. i'll probably have to look into it a little more.
according to the pharmacist (i work in a pharmacy) it's the level of concentrate thats the difference, but they basically do the same thing. i just don't know what's more concentrated. let me look into it, i'll keep you posted. sorry i can't tell you more
keep in mind that the percent they gave you is just a average range. you don't have to be extact, 1 tab per day is enough. in the mean time, let me go home and check on what my bottle says and see if there's a percentage on it.

Hello Ladies, I been taking BA for almost a month now & I notice a difference but my boyfriend doesn't, I been reading alot of the post to know if these pills really work or not I haven't seen any before & after pictures but I'm A 30A right now I'll keep you all updated. But what I wanted to ask is I seen someone asking about vitamins being safe with the pills & I didn't find if anyone answered her, also I was wondering if any of you had this trouble with BA, My period skipped a month & hasn't been on a normal pattern anymore anyone else have this problem?
8/6/2008 8:31:00 PM
Marissa: i'm currentl on (along with BA) birth control, iron supp, cranberry extract, saw palmetto, and fengugreek seed (a lot, huh?)
my periods are normal. there are months where it's delayed a day or two, but it will always come. then there are months where i will finish in 3 days, other can last me a whole entire week. but nevertheless, it will always come. i haven't had any problem with it skipping a month.
i'm not sure about vitamins, but i do take other supplements. i HIGHLY DOUBT it would have any effect with the BA.
my period use be on a regular schedule before BA, thanks to my birth control. but since BA, it's jumping around. i'm not sure about skipping a month for you, but as long as you have it that month, you're fine.
