Guide To Using Breast Actives
Posted: Thursday, December 06, 2007 11:38:34 AMGuide To Using BreastActives
PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.
For those of you who may not know who I am here is a link to my original submission to PublicHealthForums.com that was featured on their website.

How I Achieved My Results
- 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference. Watch out for the fakes (BUY THEM HERE - OFFICIAL WEBSITE)
- 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.
- 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.
- 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.
That's It Good luck ladies

Does it work if you take the pills in the afternoon around the same time everyday along with the cream? I want to know.

Yes, i take them after lunch every day. And it works. I don't know if it is normal or it's difficult to tell the difference, my growth slowed down after 1 month now...

I read somewhere that says it starts slowing down around the second month and speeds up again around the third month again. That's normal. Dont worry about it. It's working for you so keep your hopes up.

thanks! yeah, i don't really worry, i'm trying it on myself in spite of everything people say like : ooh, you are damn, how can you think with some pills you can increase just one area of the body...bla-bla...most of the people that replied in yahoo answers and most of the breast enhancement forums never even tried them, they just express what they think...I'm not going to rely on those people comments, it works -good, if it doesn't, well, i'll consider surgery after babies at 35-40...

well, you realize that you are not going to get DD with pills, so i don't think it's about getting attention. i expect results at least from small B to full C and i'll be happy and more confident about myself. of course, my boyfriend wouldn't mind but he said he was ok with what i had before the pills.
