Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

Hey ladies,
So I decided to join these forums and share my experience with Breast Actives. It has been 1 Month and 7 days since Day 1 of breast actives. On the first day, I felt tingling sensations in my breasts. Ever since then, I haven't noticed any visible results. For some reason, I do not notice any results but my boyfriend does which I find hilarious. I have taken my before pictures, and after I hit two months, I am going to take another set of pictures to see if I see any results.

I have been taking Breast Actives for a good 7 weeks and during the first few weeks I filled my bra out that I never could fill before. I believe that the first month is just bloating though because I was bloated and still am which is fine. Now, I am having a lot of weird soreness in my left breast which is probably some growth starting. I'm constantly rubbing it because it feels almost muscular. Just remember that this is hormonal so it takes a while. I never knew about the diet so now I have to start that up. I'll keep you posted. I've noticed that most people drop out of here before they give us any results. I've read like all of the 36 pages tonight. Good luck to all!

hello everyone!!! i just bought 4 month supply i wanted to know how to take this pills one in the morning (apply cream) and the other one at night (apply cream) this is what im doing so far or you take this two pill at the same time and apply the cream? i wouldnt want to do things wrong my other question is after reaching my desire size cup do I keep taking the pills. Ive heard you only take 1 pill a month others say only 2 pills every day for two weeks a month witch one is true can some one help me on this i would really apreciated

hey guys
i read about first 5pages.. n the last(latest) page,
and like everyone here of course,
i have questions about 'breast activities'
do they REALLY work? and how long does it take?
and what are the risks of taking these pills??

and can i take them?
im turnin 17 in about 3months..
and im barely a B cup.. i really want to get to a C..

How do you take the pills? is it 2 per day one in the morning and one at night...or 2 per day at the same time ?????

What about smoking? Does anyone have any suggestions/comments on smoking while taking BA? So what if i smoke at least 1 or 2 a day, will that be a huge affect on my body as well? Will it not work even if i have 1 cigarette? I'm sure everyone cheats at least once or twice while taking BA. So does that mean it won't work at all?

I think i read that you can smoke...maybe you should send Breast Actives an e-mail or ask a doctor...i just received my pills today and i wanted to know how to take them, both at one time once per day...or one morning and one night...no one is answering, i just emailed breast actives but i want to start using them now and im impatient..waiting for them to write back..ugh
