Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

For those of you who may not know who I am here is a link to my original submission to PublicHealthForums.com that was featured on their website.
http://www.publichealthforums.com/breast-enlargement-pills-2.asp

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

That's It Good luck ladies

I send them an email asking questions about smoking but they didn't give me an answer i was looking for. Except for this. ---->

Breast Actives is 100% natural, herbal and has no side effects at all.

It will NOT make you gain any additional weight nor are there any breast cancer risks. You can use this product in conjunction with our medications including birth control and there will not be any negative interactions.

We recommend that you be at least 18 for you to use the product.

In the first 1 to 2 months you should start noticing some tenderness this is just a sign that the product is working.
For maximum desired results we recommend to take the tablets for 4-6 months.

Because herbal products react differently for each person its difficult to estimate the type of growth you will receive with our product.

We recommend taking it until you are satisfied with the results. Just keep in mind that herbal products do need time to work properly.

Take 2 tablets every morning with your breakfast.

You can either split the dosage throughout the day or take them both at once. Either method will give you the same result.
The results obtained from our product are permanent. There is no need to take any maintenance dosage after you discontinue use.

Breast Actives Cream should be applied once a day preferably in the day.

The cream aids with the firming of the breast

Hey everyone,

So I've just read 39 pages of posts and I've got to say some of the things mentioned on this board scream at me. For one, drinking a gallon of water after taking the pill is crazy! You could get water poisoning from that. The excess water in your extracellular fluid makes it a hypotonic solution. Your body will try to even things out by diffusing the water into your blood cells. If too much water gets into your blood cells then these cells lyse, meaning that they explode. While it takes a lot of water at once to do this it still happens. I would not suggest drinking water in large quantities unless you’re active. The average recommended amount is 64 oz throughout an entire day. If your thirsty, drink Gatorade or fruit juice. This is bound to be healthier. Also, caffeine stunts your growth and can give you heart complications. I would avoid it as much as possible if you want to see really nice results. Nicotine destroys the cilia that line your esophagus. These cilia move the mucus carrying nasty particles out of your lungs. If these cilia don't work then the mucus doesn't move and bacteria can grow in your lungs, leading to pneumonia or other diseases. Both of these drugs are extremely unhealthy and while it doesn't seem likely that they would completely prevent Breast Actives from working I feel as if they would slow down the results. Your body would use all of its resources to rebuild the cells you're destroying through drugs.

Another thing I feel is important to mention is the growth rate. Breast Actives claims to increase the average person's bust 2 to 3 cup sizes over the course of 6 months. So if we do the math and expect the smallest increase then it would take 3 months to grow an inch. That's not something you should notice day by day. And considering that you see your body everyday you're probably not going to see a dramatic change until looking back at the end of the full 6 month period. I also think it's important to note that your breast almost always increase in size while you’re bloating. I know mine do and I love it because I fill out my bra and my breast are always firmer and fuller at that time. Then they shrink back down halfway through my period. This happens without a pill, I just think that most girls don't notice it because they're not waiting for their boobs to grow.

Breast Enlargement pills are going to work better on women between the ages of 18 and 24. Why? Because our bodies are still growing and it's easier to stimulate growth in these bodies. Girls who are still going through puberty I think should wait until their bodies finish. Older women I think it would take longer than 6 months to receive any more than a cup size just because growth hasn't been stimulated in that area for a long time.

I also noticed people talking about a plateau in their growth. Have you ever been on a diet and lost a large amount of weight? My mother weighed 260 lbs a couple years ago. When she first started her diet she was losing anywhere from 5 to 6 lbs a week. Why? Because it was such a dramatic change to her body! Then she slowed down to about 2 to 3 lbs a week. Then, when she reached 180 lbs she stopped losing weight. For months she was on the diet but she couldn't lose! But she kept with it and started losing 1 to 2 lbs a week until she got down to a healthy weight of 130 lbs. Now the same plateau should be expected with a breast enlargement pill because you’re making a dramatic change to your body.

Breast Actives are not guaranteed to work for everyone, so I would say if you or someone else can't notice any difference in your breast, whether it's firmness or growth, within two months try a different product with different ingredients or in a different form. If you start seeing results and then you plateau by all means stick with it for the 6 month period! I bet that some of the women on here who switched after 4 or 5 months to a different breast enhancement pill saw results so fast just because they had already started stimulation with Breast Actives. While this might not be the case for all of the women who switch, it's a possibility.

I wouldn't worry about Breast Actives causing breast cancer. Why? If you visit the American Cancer Society online and look up the causes of Breast cancer you'll see that cancer is caused by cell growth that gets out of control. This pills don't speed up your growth they just stimulate new growth. With this being said the growth should be at the same pace as your body grows. So I wouldn't expect anything unnatural as far as size. Your body will only grow as much as it can handle.

I see that a lot of people on here are looking for faster results, and that’s scary because it seems like you're over-dosing on herbs and whatnot. I personally would take into consideration the low dosage Breast Actives puts into its pills. They must be doing this for a reason. Now, this reason might be to drag out the growth process so that consumers have to spend more money to receive the desired results. But it also might be to keep your growth rate at a healthy level. I wouldn't speed up the results just because I don't want stretch marks on my breast. How unattractive.

I saw someone ask if it was okay to take vitamins while taking Breast Actives. I don't see why not, since the only thing in it vitamin wise is Vitamin E. You shouldn't be overdosing on anything here. Some said they received rashes, they could be allergic. Definitely check out the ingredients before ordering and if you start showing signs of irritation go to a doctor and figure out what it is that you’re allergic to so you can find a breast enlargement pill without that ingredient. Also, if you view the 'contact us' page (bad location if you ask me) on the Breast Actives website they tell you conditions under which you shouldn't take the pill because some of these herbs will thin your blood if your body is under a certain condition. This is important because this in turn could lead to internal bleeding.

There was also some mention of weight gain, headaches, and acne. All of these make sense. For new cell growth stimulation your body is going to need more nutrients to provide to those areas of growth. If you're not eating enough to compensate for that your body will start storing fat and whatnot to make glucose readily available. Or you could be eating more and not noticing it. The headaches could be caused by the same thing. You're not eating enough because your body demands more food. Or you could be experiencing some dehydration because your body is actively working more, so drink Gatorade for the electrolytes. Acne is caused by the imbalance of hormones the control the natural oils and the shedding of dead cells on your face. If you're messing with your hormone levels you might very well develop acne. If you do develop acne while taking Breast Actives I would start using an acne treatment or scrub my face with soap, water, and part of a lufa to help exfoliate the skin.

There are before and after pictures available if you Google them. Some of them are obviously real as they still have a more natural shape to them. Whether or not these people used Breast Actives can't be proven, but it is possible. You can also find Nicole's pictures online if you look. While they could possibly be implants they could also be natural. If you look at her before image she has really pretty, well-rounded breast. So the after picture could very well be real, especially if she took the picture right after coming out of the shower and it was cold. Although it looks like she tanned some it's obviously the same person. I can't see any evidence of incision lines but nowadays plastic surgeons are so amazing it's hard to tell. I've encountered many girls with implants from working at VS and I must say I couldn't see any evidence other than their breast were rock hard. This is definitely not an attractive quality.

Woo, now that I've put in my 2 cents I think I'll introduce myself:

My forum name is Sapphire, and I'm turning 20 this month. I am an undergraduate studying biomedical engineering and pre-med so I am very skeptical of anything that doesn't seem natural since I'm learning new things everyday about how the body works. I am completely against implants because they're rock hard. If they felt natural I would definitely get them. But for now I'm looking into the pill. I'm 5'3" and I weigh 108 lbs. My bra size is a 32A even though I measure a 34NB. My torso is too short for a 34 and I like filling out the cup so I prefer the 32A. From an early age I suffered from disordered eating where I couldn't feel hunger or fullness from eating, so I would often under eat or overeat, causing huge changes in my weight on a day-to-day basis. With that being said I only gained 7 lbs in my four years in high school and since last fall when I started creating an eating schedule for myself I have gained 6 lbs. I have spent the last 4 years of my life in love with caffeine, drinking a 24 pack of coke and 3-4 Starbucks beverages a day. However I am swearing off both for fear of loss in bone mass density and severe chest pains, of which I have suffered from for 7-8 years now. I have been diagnosed with mild depression and anxiety, but no longer take medication due to its side effects. I say all of this just because I don't think Breast Actives will work for me. I have trouble growing, and I think that any vitamins or herbs I intake will be used to restore my body to its natural healthy state. But, I'm still going to try it. I am going to stick it out for 6 months if I see results within the first 2. I will try to stay active on the forums for the full period. Today is day one for me. The only reason I would stop in advance is if I run out of money because I'm also paying for braces and I only work part-time. Sorry boobies, but my teeth come first. And I'm sorry, but I will not take before and after pictures since I'm extremely modest. I do not want images of my tatas circulating over the internet.

Everything I have said is based on my perspective after taking several biology and biophysics courses. I am not a doctor, a medical student, or a representative of Breast Actives. Nothing I have said can be promised and I apologize for any wrong or misleading information. I was just opening up possible explanations for the concerns mentioned so-far on this forum.

Any input on my post is much appreciated.

Like everyone else I've been reading a ton on this product and hope it works. I've been on it for 2 weeks and so has my friend and neither of us have had any results. I was hoping that everyone would do me a fav and fill in the survey below, I think it'll make it easier to compare results based on the approaches people are taking and such so we can see any patterns. Thanks

Length of time on product:
Age:
Are you taking both pills at once or twice a day, and when?
Drinking caffeine, how much?
Drinking alcohol y or n? (i've read some places this effects it):
Smoking y or no:
Taking any other herbs:
Results, describe how much if applicable and how long it took:

and feel free to add any other factors you think might contribute.

Length of time on the product: This is only day two for me, but I've been researching this product since mid-december.
Age: I'll be 20 in 20 days. <~ hehe!
Current bra size: 32A
How I'm taking them: I'm taking one in the afternoon after lunch and then one at night right before applying the cream. I take my one-a-day vitamins in the morning.
Drinking caffeine: No, but I'm not going to ignore it if I really want it.
Drinking alcohol: No, but again, I'm not going to completely ditch it if I really want it one night.
Smoking: Never.
Taking any other herbs: No, I want to see what Breast Actives does by itself.

I also never been pregnant, and the largest my breast have ever been naturally is a 32NB and that was last summer while I had my first serious boyfriend.

Is there any risk that this product can increase your chance of breast cancer?
