Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

For those of you who may not know who I am here is a link to my original submission to PublicHealthForums.com that was featured on their website.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.   Watch out for the fakes (BUY THEM HERE - OFFICIAL WEBSITE)

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

That's It Good luck ladies

I've been reading posts on this forum about Breast Actives for a while and thought I'd just share my experience with everybody. I bought a 6 months supply of Breast Actives. Took about 1 month and 4 days worth of BA already and I do see a bit of a difference. I mean I can tell that my breasts are rounder and firmer (could make use of a 32B instead of 32A as before). One day I cuddled up with my fiance and I could tell that he was a bit surprised of the difference he "felt" so I'm pretty confident that BA is doing it's job (I didn't tell him about my taking of this thing called "Breast Actives"). I'm 29, don't smoke nor drink, take about 1 glass of chocolate soy milk/day sometimes for calcium. I take BA 2 pills at bedtime and use the cream morning and at bedtime also. I do not take any additional herbs or supplements. Funny that god created many of us women with one breast larger than the other and I'm no exception. But with this Breast Actives, I can sort of tell that it helps my breasts grow at the same rate. Hopefully, this answers some of our folks' questions.

Hey ladies. Just reading through your posts and the only thing I saw that could potentially delay the results was putting the cream on at a separate time than the taking the pills. I think the cream is supposed to work with the pills in you're system. I could be wrong though. Let me know if you're still seeing results applying them at a different time.

I also think that chocolate has so little caffeine in it that it's not going to make too much of a difference. Maybe they won't grow as fast as you would like them to and you have to take it for another month. If you take the chocolate out of your diet completely without giving yourself time to get off of it then you're body could suffer withdrawl. I dunno though, as this depends on how often you've been eating one bar of chocolate a day. Your body could be relying heavily on that bar of chocolate for extra sugar. And regardless of what people tell you, our body runs mostly off sugar.

I've only been on the product for a week now. I might lower the dosage to 1 pill a day just because I don't think I can afford the second bottle in time. That way I can still be on the system just at a lower dosage and I don't have to start all over again in May. These braces are costing me more than I thought they would have.

AW...SAPPHIRE..I CAN'T AFFORD MORE THAN I BOUGHT EITHER. I WISH I COULD AFFORD THE 6 MONTHS. I STILL SEE NO CHANGE THOUGH. I HAVE BEEN EATING LESS CHOCOLATE, I DIDN'T TOTALLY STOP. I AM NOW TAKING THE PILLS ONE IN THE AM AND ONE IN THE PM. CREAM IN THE PM W/ THE PM PILL. I'M HALFWAY W/ MY SECOND BOTTLE I THINK.

Hey Ely,

You should start to see at least firmness within the first two months. I'm scared I'm going to have to put it on hold though before I even start to see results. I don't know if I'll see anything in the first two months though since most of my breast growth has been within the past 2 or 3 years, so I don't really have too much of a problem with firmness. They could be a little firmer, but I don't think it'll be enough to tell so I might have to keep going until I grow. And I probably won't notice that until I go get measured or something.

I have to admit, the past two days I've had to take both of the pills at night because I've been sleeping during the day. But I'm also eating huge meals at that time so hopefully it'll make up for it.

Best wishes!

Yeah, they do have a strong herb taste. But I don't think it's necessarily bad...

They also smell strongly of herbs.
but the cream just smells like.... normal cream??
But I'm younger so I'm expecting results faster than a 65-year old woman.
