Guide To Using BreastActives
PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives
as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. How I Achieved My Results

1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

AW...SAPPHIRE..I CAN'T AFFORD MORE THAN I BOUGHT EITHER. I WISH I COULD AFFORD THE 6 MONTHS. I STILL SEE NO CHANGE THOUGH. 
I HAVE BEEN EATING LESS CHOCOLATE, I DIDN'T TOTALLY STOP. I AM NOW TAKING THE PILLS ONE IN THE AM AND ONE IN THE PM. CREAM IN THE PM W/ THE PM PILL. I'M HALFWAY W/ MY SECOND BOTTLE I THINK.

Hey Ely,
You should start to see at least firmness within the first two months. I'm scared I'm going to have to put it on hold though before I even start to see results. I don't know if I'll see anything in the first two months though since most of my breast growth has been within the past 2 or 3 years, so I don't really have too much of a problem with firmness. They could be a little firmer, but I don't think it'll be enough to tell so I might have to keep going until I grow. And I probably won't notice that until I go get measured or something.
I have to admit, the past two days I've had to take both of the pills at night because I've been sleeping during the day. But I'm also eating huge meals at that time so hopefully it'll make up for it.

hey you guys i just recently got some more BA pills and they taste bad! not bad like spoil but bad like a strong herby taste , like i try to hurry and swallow them so the taste doesn't stay on my tongue. do yours guys BA taste like that too? idk i was just wondering

Yeah, they do have a strong herb taste. But I don't think it's necessarily bad...

They also smell strongly of herbs.
but the cream just smells like.... normal cream??

I'm on my FOURTH bottle and I STILL SEEE NO DIFFERENCE. I actually had faith in this product, but these stupid pills are just a spoof. If they ACTUALLY worked, they would be on oprah or something. I think i'm going to see if i can get my money back.

"janice" im sorry to hear that. Breast Actives does not guarantee it will work for everyone, but it does have a high success rate which temps a lot of people to try it even if down the line luck just wont swing their way.(not really saying that luck has anything to do with it)

hi, my friends call me cocoa. i just turned 27 on march 14 and i thought that i would buy breast activies for my birthday. i have 3 daughters and i breast fed all of them. my youngest daughter is 18months. i stop breast feeding when she was 10 months. i have concerns before i start. can you smoke, i take birth control pills, will that effect the process. and i wear a 36a right now. once i reach what i want can i stop the pills. thanks for reading. please any one respond

Cocoa, it suggests that you don't smoke or drink while taking the pills. I stopped for two weeks because I was drinking and I knew that the pills I took during that time would be pointless.
Janice, that sucks so much. I would look into other Breast Enlargement pills with different ingredients or higher doses of the ingredients. And I know that Breast Actives won't give you your money back on opened bottles and jars.
