Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

almost done w/ second bottle...and still nothing....i hope that by the time i finish the fourth i will see a difference,,, i still have hope

Hi, everone! Well I recently joined the brestactivs team and waiting for my results!!! I wear a 34b but I deff do nottt fill it in..I wud be sized
34a but I'm wide. Well I'm doin it because 1 I hate having small breasts I'm 19 and all my freinds have been long gon finshed developing excpet me
..=(...I hate that, and two I want my boyfriend to have a lil more fun with me..lol...that dusent hurt..and 3 I just want to fill in my bras that all!...its goin 2 be my second week this monday ..i. am taking two pills in the afternoon and applying cream 2 tyms a day. I don't c no phyical change..but hoping to see. Some change. And also I did get alil moody my first 3 days if any1 experineced same issue plz reply..thnxx....I have a feeling its goin to work. I bought the 2 month supply. If I c a diff ill deff by the rest. Ill keep you guys updated ..good luck to every! =D

This is to lina, I have read in many places a women should neverrr take any breat anhancer pills when she id prgnant or breast feeding..it will harm the baby and your milk

Ely, if you're not seeing results after 2 months and you've been taking them like you should be you should probably consider uping your dosage of certain ingredients. You can find fenugreek, wild yam, and saw palmetto pills in a health store on online. If you decide to do this you should do it in moderation. You also might want to try another breast enhancement pill that uses a different array or amount of ingredients. I think most people have to play with things before they find something that works for them. Remember that everybody's body chemistry is different and they react different ways.

yeah, i bought the fenugreek liquid stuff, ill have to start putting a dosage in my drinks. but i also have 2 bottles left of the pills so im hoping that by the end of them i will see at least one cup...i have to try and be patient and finish them first...then if nothing happens, i dont know if ill want to go through this again...it takes so much patience, and theres so many products that what are the chances of finding the right one? I wish someone could just tell me what would work for my body, like a doctor..ahaha...that would be nice....thanks sapphire

Hello. i have been taking Breast Actives for about 2 months, I dont seem to see a change at all. how long did it take others that are taking this pill to start to see results?

Deanna - lucky for me, I read about how Breast Actives doesnt exactly work on its own. You should purchase fenugreek and saw palmetto capsules. Take 3 Saw Palmetto capsules daily, and 6 Fenugreek capsules daily. It may seem like a lot, but honestly, I do notice an increase in less then a week, so I suggest you try that. I have been on Breast Actives for about 3 1/2 weeks, and the Saw Palmetto & Fenugreek for about 5 days.

are you sure?? im scared to overdose on that stuff..lol..is that possible?? i read something about overdosing on them, plus if the pills are sold that way they should work w/o having to buy more stuff..right?? they should have came with some tips and stuff...what do you think about the liquid fenugreek? how much should i take..i have been taking 2ml per day..for 2 days

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

please only order from Breast Actives.com because I tried to take the cheap and easy way out by buying from an online store that sold it at a cheaper price. I had been taking them for about 2 months with no signs of anything! I recently for some reason decided to order from breast actives.com and the pills looked different! they all are the same brown color but the OFFICIAL breast actives pills are fatter and don't really have a taste which was pleasant.

so basically I've been wasting my money for the paste 2 months on some cheap nock offs......

This is for Gale Haze: you said that you figured out how to take them...what is the correct way of taking them?? im still not sure..and i dont take them at the same time everyday . thanks...ps..i cant believe how many women are actually searching for this kind of stuff..im glad im not alone....imagine the sucess someone would have if they really found something that works for everyone! i wish!
