Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

I want to buy the product but I'm not sure if it will really work. I just had my second child and we all no want nursing does to your breast. If I get a lift I will go down in size. So I want to see some before and after pics to see what this product can really do.

I've been looking into Breast Actives and found this forum. Lots of useful information, but I noticed there hasn't been much (any) activity lately. Is anyone still out there? How are your results? I just ordered my 6 month supply and am really hoping for some results! Also, I can't find Nicole's before and after photos, did they get taken down? Hope to see some of you replying!

I bought the 6 month set and have just completed my first week. Will see how things go.. am considering getting extra supplements like fenugreek and red raspberry.

Let me start by telling you about me.
I'm 27 and have had 3 kids. I had my first child when i was 21. back then I was a 34c and now I dont even fill a Acup bra. It has changed me alot with loseing so much of my brest that I also JUST started to lose wieght and stop looking in the mirror. all this has really gotten me down. my bf of 10 years also stated looking at me differnet and even left me a week after our 10 year mark. so ya i have lose alot of self steam since my the lose of my breat. I just odered a 6 months worth of Breast Actives. When i recive it i will keep everyone updated on my stats. hope this also helps with my self steam.

I just recieved my 2months supply of BA and i fought and fought myself bout buying them but soo fed up with my boobs and i breastfed my daughter and they just deflated altogether. Im usually around a 34B but measured myself b4 using this stuff and im up to a 36C but i think im due my time of the month. I am posting this cos i read and read a million peoples comments and i have a feeling they were reps but il find out for myself and let yous know. I prob wont be on this much as im a mother to a 1yr old and i work PT also so whenever i feel the need to update i will Hope it works else someones gona pay! lol There mightnt even be any1 on here anymore bt if it helps someone looking thru when their thinking of buying these to either trust them if they work or not if they dont its worthwhile cos it was this forum that finally convinced me to just try it.

P.S i read a few posts before about nothing in the package, the box came with the same info available on the website indicating breast massaging and measuring etc so im guessing some got some fakes. Best of luck to me lol :P

I am about to order my first supply of BA. I will keep updated and post before & after pics! I have been reading through tons & tons of websites and so far I see it has a 87% to 99% effective rate if used correctly. So I am going to give it a shot by ordering 4 months.. or 6. Not sure. But either way I'm .. 24 & have a 34A cup right now..always have & hope to change that!
