Guide To Using BreastActives
PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives
as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. How I Achieved My Results

1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

JENNIFER, I BOTTLE IS FOR ONE MONTH, NOT ENOUGH, I'VE NEVER FEARD ANYBODY ACHIEVING RESULTS IN JUST ONE MONTH. BEST EXPECTATION I'VE HEARD ABOUT, 5-6 MONTHS. I'M TAKING IT FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS, PROBABLY ONE CUP OF GROWTH, NOT MORE THAN THAT. I BOUGHT 6 MONTHS SUPPLY AND PLAN TO FINISH IT.

Anna, did your breasts get fuller first before you noticed they've grown? I heared it gets fuller first in the first few weeks and I was wondering if that happened to you by any chance since you have grown one cup already.

The process is fuller breasts first, expecting some growth (2-4 months), grow and more grow (5-to whatever)

I HAVE BEEN TAKING THE PILLS NOW FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF AND IM A LITTLE SKEPTICAL..THEY DONT EVEN COME WITH A BOOKLET OF ANY SORT FOR ANY QUESTIONS WE MIGHT HAVE AT ALL AND THIS REALY BUMS ME OUT.OVERALL IM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP HOPE AND IM GONNA CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS THEN THATS WHEN I'LL GIVE UP BUT I SAY WE ALL SUE IF THEY DONT LIVE UP TO THEIR WEBSITE...LOL. yea, i was full A to little B..you know, I'd buy bras with hard cups and push ups 34B. when i'd stand, cup is pretty full with breast, if i'd sit down and incline forward, the cup would become half empty...no my old bras are full it doesn't matter what position my body is and a couple of bras a really tight. so i assume about a cup growth..it's full B now..I'd like full C.
Alyssa, i felt the same when i got my pills..you know, i use proactive and got some other skin care products always will come with million of useless things, brosures, catalogs, instructions, promotions..Those pills didn't even come in a box!! They came in a plastic soft bag! I was like, ok, what's that?? Well, i guess they don't want those pills to be more expensive and maybe save money on packaging...i don't know. i just hope it'll get me what i expect.

I have been doing lots of research on these pills and this blog helped ! I still have some questions before buying. I am on the pill, does it affect that at all? I hav eresearch the ingredients and they are all naturally occuring in foods you would eat, fenugreek us used in curry & in maple syrup ! Do you have to soak the seeds in water and drink or can I take a supplement ? Is anyone taking primrose with it as well ?
Once you put the cream on does it take a while to dry or something or can u get dressed right away ?
Do you have to take both pills, and put on the cream at the same time? And if I do it in the morning does that mean I have to do it every morning around the same time ? (Like birth control?) How much is teh 6 month supply ?? I really hope it works for me ! A little skeptical because why would people have surgery if they could just take a pill ?? (guess surgery is a definite & quicker result?? but scarrry)
1 More question, everyoen keeps talking about using after breast feeding, If I use it now, does that mean when I do have babies and breast feed, It won't work since I already used it now ??

I've been taking it for about 2 weeks now, and I already see my breasts getting firmer. I also sometimes feel like if the muscles (or fat) in my breasts are being pulled. It doesn't hurt, just feels weird. I hope this means is working!
I've said before that of course, the pills aren't going to work the same for everyone of us because each of us have different chemical and hormonal balances. I think it's worth the time if we're really serious about getting bigger breasts (I'm barely a 32A =(). We have to have patience with the pills because they don't work as fast as we want them too since they don't go directly to our blood stream or anything like this.
Furthermore, I think we should all be positive throughout this process. And if, unfortunately, after 6 months we don't see the results we want, we'll have to take other measures..as scary as that sounds. At least we have options, no?
I wish you all the very best, and I'll keep you updated!

I was researching all these different breast enhancement pills. This one just keeps popping up. I am going to try it from reading this forum. One woman said her breasts didn't grow (yet), but they weren't as saggy(childbirth -_-). If that's the only result I get, I'll be content.
I am also going to be on some weight loss pills.. Lipovox most likely. I hope these don't interfere with one another. D:
This, to me, is a pretty big treat. Has anyone tried returning like 2 months portion from a 6 month order? Is it a full refund? I'll be able to see my boyfriend again in about 5 or 6 months.. If it works, he's reimbursing me lol.
Alyssa, I think only one weight loss pill ever has been approved by the FDA. The site says all ingredients are FDA approved. They shouldn't give you any bad side affects. If you're taking any medications I'd look for anything that could possibly collide.

Hey Nicole is there any difference between fenugreek pills and soaking the seeds? Does nicoteen have any ill effects of the pills working? Nicole pls reply I am getting dicouraged
