Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

I have been using the Pills and Cream for almost a month now. At first my breast felt fuller and I thought maybe the product was actually working. Then I had my cycle and it seems things have returned to normal. I cant consider the possibility of surgery and would really love if this product worked.

Im now wondering if it has stopped working because I dont take the pills and cream within the same hour each day. I normally take them together, and in the first few weeks used the cream twice per day as I hated the idea of it being washed away after an evening bath. I havent gotten the funugreek seeds but i have been using a supplement. Is everyone using this fenugreek seed and if you dont use this as well will the pills and cream not work?

Im getting a bit disheartened as I really would love this to work...anyone with real success can you reply

I've only been using the product for two weeks now.
But already I have noticed my breasts feel firmer/fuller and rounder.
Sometimes I skip putting the cream on though. Mainly when I see my boyfriend.
(The smell reminds me of ranch sauce..)
Not once have I forgotten to take any of the tablets and usually I put on the cream morning and night.
My breasts used to be abit soft and pointy but now they appear more rounded, I think they're bigger by a centimeter or two.
It's only a small change but it's happened so quickly so I'm staying positive about the whole thing.
I'll keep you guys posted of any further changes. C:

Wow Kitty, 2 centimeters? That's almost an INCH right there! That is some fast results in just 2 weeks for 2 centimeters of growth. Amazing =)

Hi,everyone.I've been researching and reading up on supplement and other pills/creams for a while now trying to decide on if to actually start using and which one to use.I'm glads I stumbled on this website :-)
I'm a 34B and i've had a kid, i lost so much weight after childbirth that my boops look and feel saggy....Hence my desire for an enhancement...I'm hoping Breast Active will help in making my boops fuller and firmer...Am I a dreamer????

One worry I have is if these pills have any side effects..I still plan to have more kids in the future and dont want anything to interfere with my body process...Does anyone know any side effects apart from weight gain...

I am really looking for something that will make by breast firmer at least, a cup increase is an additional bonus...DO you guys think this is the best product for me or should I look elsewhere...I saw two other products "LushBust" and "Avon sculpt contouring cream", anyone heard about these products..

Will appreciate any advice/info.... :-)

Hey i'm new here i've used Breast Actives for 5 months, i does work i know for sure even thou my boobs are still small but they were x-small before and i will continue taking them. I am very skinny and short, i am 4"11 and i weight about 87 pounds (i am tryin to gain weight too but so far its not working) anyway my band size is a 30, and i used to be a 30AA (29 bust) and know i am a 30B, (32 bust) they are still small and not very noticeble with clothes on but they did grow 3 inches and went from a 30AA to a 30B, i need 2 more inches to get to the size i want but i am hoping i'll get there. so i'll let you guys know. so far i am happy with the results but hoping for more. :-)

I would like to know what the limit is? most of the girls in my family have big boobs except me :-(. And yes they grew 3 inches in about 3 months since the firts 2 months dont really count but i want more, does anyone know if there is a limit to the size they can grow?

Candy, from 30AA to 30B in just 5 months!? I hope it works for me because I'm very skinny and short like you. I also weigh as much as you do so if it works for you then I hope it will work for me too . I need your guide on using Breast Actives! You have to tell me. Any certain food you have to eat? exercise? drinks? How many times you eat a day? snacks? Drink a lot of milk? . At what time do you take Breast Actives? Do you have to take it at the same time everyday? Sorry if I asked you a lot of questions. I'm just excited that it's worked for you since you're about my size and I feel like you're the right person for me to ask so I can stay positve about all this.

Candy, were the girls in your family on Breast Actives also? They grew 3 inches in just 3 months? Wow. Are they short and skinny like you? WHy dont you keep just taking the pills until you reach your desired size. I dont know what's the limt. 3 or 4 cups max? Not sure.

BreastActives Complaints - 0 complaints. pills and I found this site. Felt so good for all the questions that you ladies have answered for each other. I been also taking breastactives pills from dec 12th, 2007. So it's going 2 be 3 months on March 12th. I did see firmness and also felt my breast was little bigger and fuller in month and half of taking the pills but not too noticeable as some of you ladies said. I stopped noticing any changes after 2 months I also felt like my breast went back to the same size...but I’m still taking the pills and I HOPE HOPE HOPE that I will start to notice positive changes again after three months. Did anyone else felt like it stopped working after month an half?

Do these pills really increase your bust size? I've only seen and read the results are "fuller breasts, firmer breasts" but do they actually increase the size of your breasts? IF it does work on some, then I guess it just depends on our body chemistry..

Hi ladies,

I was thinking about purchasing Breast Active for my daughter (she wants a breast augmentation so I wanted to see if there might be something else out there that would be less abrasive) I found this product and started to search for reviews. I didn't know if the comments were part of a marketing plan but everywhere I looked I found only good remarks on it, but then I found this forum which seem like a bunch of women sharing about their experience with this product. I'm still not sure whether to purchase it or not because it seems as if most of you are only into your 2 or 3 month (some of you just started), So if you guys don't mind, I'm going to sit back and see your results and decide after the full 6 months.

I am wondering where is Nichole but on the other hand, she is not obligated to sign on or respond to any comments. I didn't see her pictures so I can't make any judgments on how fake they looked.

Laya, where are you girl, please continue with your comments I'm interested in your results.
