Black Cohosh Description
For menopausal symptoms and hot flashes. Works by suppressing the production of LH. Found to be as effective as estrogen in some women for treating the symptoms of menopause. May take up to 4 weeks to produce maximum effect. Dose is 40mg daily. Do not take with prescription medications or Vitex.
