Ambiguous Genitalia Health Center

Ambiguous genitalia is a very rare condition which is usually obvious at, or very shortly after birth, in which an infants external genitals do not appear to be either male or female. A baby's genitals may not be well formed or the baby might have characteristics of both sexes. For babies with ambiguous genitalia, the external sex organs may not match the internal ones.
