Bruxism Health Center

Bruxism is a condition in which a person grinds, gnashes or clenches their teeth. Those with bruxism may unconsciously clench their teeth together during the day or grind them at night, which is called sleep bruxism. Mild bruxism does not require treatment, but bruxism can be frequent, and severe enough to cause jaw disorders, headaches, damaged teeth or other problems.
