Symptoms Of Convergence Insufficiency

Not all people with convergence insufficiency experience problems.  Symptoms occur while reading or doing other close work, and could include:

  • Tired, sore or uncomfortable eyes
  • Headaches
  • Blurred vision
  • Difficulty reading
  • Double vision
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • A pulling feeling around the eyes
  • Sleepiness
  • Squinting, rubbing or closing one eye
