Cough Headaches Health Center

Cough headaches are an unusual type of headache triggered by coughing or other straining, such as sneezing, blowing the nose, laughing, crying, bending over or having a bowel movement. Cough headaches are devided into two categories; primary cough headaches, which are usually harmless and occur in limited episodes and usually improve on their own, and the secondary cough headaches which are more serious as they are caused by structural problems within the brain, which might require surgery to correct.
