Risk Factors For Cyclothymia

Cyclothymia is believed to be relatively rare, but true estimates are hard to come by as many people may be undiagnosed, or misdiagnosed as having other mood disorders, like depression.  Cyclothymia usually starts during adolescence or young adulthood, and it affects men and women equally.
