Flu & Cold Symptoms

Very shortly after infection (one to two days), symptoms such as chills and fever often appear. Often people feel weak, tired and achy all over their body, especially in the legs and back.  Body temperatures can reach 39 °C, or 103 °F. Other symptoms include:

-coughing

-sneezing

-watery eyes

-nasal congestion

-nausea

-vomiting

-red eyes, skin, nose, throat and mouth
