  • Sudden noset
  • Welts (normally last for 24 hours)

Many times the welts will start off as small red dots but will eventually spread, enlarge and joing together.  The parts that form together may also seem to dissapear at times and reaper in hours and sometimes minutes.  This is normal.  By pressing the skin which has Hives you will notice it blanc (turn white).

Signs & Tests

Your doctor will be able to tell if you have Hives by the apperance of your skin.  A history of your allergies if they exist will also help.  Sometimes skin and blood tests may be done to confirm it was an allergic reaction and to figure out what caused your allergic reaction.
