Week 14

You:

You will notice your breasts really changing around week 14. Your breasts may start to feel lumpy as the ducts and mammary glands form.  Your nipples may be getting larger. A yellow fluid called colostrum may also start to drip out of the nipples on occasion. This will be your baby's first food. By this point, hormonal changes may also have a profound effect on your skin, and you may want to get creative with makeup to conceal its appearance.

Your baby:

As the thyroid gland matures, your baby begins producing hormones. In boys the prostate gland forms and in girls the ovaries move to the pelvis from the abdomen. Baby may be sucking his or her thumb already. A fine hair will cover baby's body, but will be shed before birth.
