You should really be showing by week 22. Your weight gain will really pick up now as your baby is getting much bigger. The extra weight may put a strain on your back. It's important to wear sensible shoes and rest with your feet higher than your hips.
Your baby:
Your baby now weighs almost a pound and is almost a foot long! Baby can hear your conversations and may be able to recognize your voice. Eyelids and brows are formed. Fingernails are fully grown. For male babies, the testes now fall to the scrotum, and testosterone is being produced.
