Week 29

You:

As your pregnancy progresses, you will become increasingly uncomfortable. By week 29, your baby is getting a lot bigger and your organs are getting more cramped. The best ways to deal with the discomfort are: maintaining good posture, eating healthy, getting moderate exercise, getting plenty of rest, and staying well hydrated.

Your baby:

Baby's body is now more or less in proportion to the head. Baby continues to accumulate fat, which will help with regulation of body temperature after birth, since baby won't be able to shiver yet. Baby's eyes can now move in their sockets. Baby's senses are getting stronger and may already have taste and odor preferences. Baby is likely still in the upright position with the head up.
