Week 30

You:

You may start to experience heartburn around week 30. To minimize heartburn remain upright for 45 minutes after a meal. You can also eating smaller meals, sleeping in a recliner, and avoid spicy foods. You should continue with a moderate exercise routine, which will help prepare you for the birthing process. Walking is an ideal form of exercise. Just remember to stay well hydrated, and don't go out if it's extremely hot. Swimming might be a better alternative during a heat wave.

Your baby:

Baby weighs almost 3 pounds now. The head is growing rapidly to make room for a rapidly growing brain. Baby is already able to produce tears. Baby's bone marrow is now producing red blood cells.
