Week 37

You:

Your pregnancy is considered a "term" pregnancy by week 37, which means if your baby is born now, he or she will not be considered premature. Vaginal discharge will have more cervical mucus from this time on. You should know about the signs of labor, and know how to tell the difference between labor and prelabor.

Your baby:

Baby is now a little under 20 inches long and weighs over 6 pounds. Baby is able to grasp things with his or her hands. Baby continues to breath water as the lungs continue to develop.
