You:

Around week 9, your nose may start to feel congested. You may also get nose bleeds. Dizziness is also common. You should be increasing you calorie intake to give you the energy you need for the pregnancy and help your growing baby develop. About the 300-500 extra calories a day is what you'll need.

Your baby:

Baby is starting to move a bit. Joints have formed, enabling your baby to bend and flex. Fingerprints are forming and fingers will curl around an object if it's placed in the palm of baby's hand.
