I am on day 2 of my cleanse... feeling good... amazing how I start to forget about food after a while when leading into the cleanse I don't know how I will ever go without it!.

wel... 3 days after finishing the 2 days cleanse I am felling great!.

so, this is the 2nd day of my cleanse this week... 2 weeks in a row, and I plan to do it next Mon and Tues as well... feeling good!.
