I've been using Bowtrol for about 4 years now and just love it.

I've been using it for 8 days now. It looks like it's working.

I have tried quite a few products for regularity and cleansing and Bowtrol is the only product that has really helped me. I actually lost 7 pounds when I first started on it!

I have tried 3 different colon cleanses and they have done very little for me. I am one of those people that go about 3 times a week, and the ones I tried with the exception of 'Super Colon Cleanse' nothing is different. I haven't tried Bowtrol yet, but I am definitely considering it over the Colinix that I was going to get now that I read some reviews.

Overall rating good! Got it last week and it has started to work. Movements are now twice a day, long, thin and soft. Can even see bits of food eaten some hours ago. Find there is a little gas. Stomach area sore maybe because it is peeling from my walls. Nothing black or abnormally shaped. Hoping to rid my body of all bad things and flatten stomach a little. Come with a diet plan but will not use it. I want to see what happens after using the first bottle completely.

I'm 51 yrs. old & have been taking Bowtrol (3 at night) for 3&1/2 months now. (I'll explain in a little bit why I've been taking it for so long.) I have a genetic defect that doesn't allow my body to process phenols. I was hoping to just maybe find a way to feel a little better. The first few days of taking Bowtrol brought a rush of energy & mental sharpness. Then came about 5 days of feeling quite achey & almost flu-like. After that came ups-&-downs of energy & aches. At times there were bursts of appetite, which I've lovingly termed "ravenous appetitis", but I didn't put on any weight from the episodes. Those have ended. I've had a lot of internal itching (like happens while healing from surgery) starting at the top of my intestines and working it's way slowly down into the lowest parts. I suffer greatly from candida growth on my scalp & face. Over the past 3 months, there have been what I've called "Candida Explosions" on my skin that I would treat and would clear up rather quickly. I also experienced the worst vaginal yeast infection of my life about a month into the process. So why am I still taking it? Starting about 3 weeks ago, blobs of candida starting showing up with the bowel movements. Currently there are good-sized amounts of candida exiting my body on a daily basis. If I had quit any earlier, I wouldn't be cleaning that out of my system. The candida growth at this point is about 20% of what I experienced before Bowtrol. The other benefits? My skin is unbelievably softer than it's been in years. And the age spots on my cheeks and hands are slowly dissolving away. I plan to keep taking Bowtrol until the candida is no longer showing up and the age spots have disappeared as much as they're going to. I'm much mentally clearer than I've been in a long time. No, there's been no "aliens" or critters like I'd read about in my original research, but I would recommend taking Bowtrol for the long-haul. It's benefits are worth much more than the cost of the product.

I took the product and it did nothing for me. I know that all products do not work the same on all folk but for me NOTHING happen but me taking more pills. I am sick of the hype about products that don't work and claim to give you your money back, huh big laugh, Why can't there be a law that says that the company MUST be honest about the product or not sell. I guess that would be too much to ask since they are in the business to making money!!!!

I was shot 4 years ago. As a result of my injuries, I suffer from muscle spasticity. This condition causes me to not move my bowels easily. I was very regular prior to my injuries, 2-4 times a day. Since my injuries, I have gone as long as 7 days between bowel movements. Over the past year, I'm going about every other day to sometimes every third day. This still causes a great deal of discomfort. My body wants to go but the muscle spasticity works against me. It's very frustrating. Since using Bowltrol, I'm going at least once a day, sometimes more. I'm not even using the full recommended doseage yet. I'm still working out the exact amount I need and at what time to take it. I've tried a lot of products and techniques. Bowltrol definately works for me. Greg

I'm a RN and have suffered from IBS my entire life. I have only been on Bowtrol for a short time, but so far I think it's a miracle! At this point I would definitely recommend all IBS suffers try Bowtrol!!!

After a little more than 3 months, my rosacea is all but gone, and the hair I'd lost from what I assumed was menopause is growing back all over my head. There is 2 inches of new growth that is taking my hair back to it's original thickness. I'm really glad I used Bowtrol for the length of time I did. The health benefits & body changes are more than I expected.

Like this product. It worked fast if you already keep your colon clean. If you don't, it may take longer....

i've been taking bowtrol for about a week now. im normally very irregular going days without a bowel movement. since taking bowtrol i go atleast 2 times a day if not more. find that situations that were very depressing to me no longer stress me out. also my skin seems to have recovered its glow after gaining about 65 lbs after my son. who knows if its because of bowtrol but it basically does what it promises and thats increase neccesary bowel movements while cleansing the colon. maybe in more time i will discover more benefits.

I am on medicine that leaves me extremely constipated and Bowtrol helped me tremendously and not only that, I also went down two dress sizes. It is amazing. I was more than skeptical than trying something like this; I've never had any luck with the "quick fix" pills. This is no quick fix, but I have to say I have been more than pleasantly surprised. I've been taking it for almost a full week (three pills a night) and have already seen an improvement in regularity. I haven't gotten the bursts of energy or anything else yet, but look forward to the extras if they should come. And if they don't, I'm still very pleased with the product and highly recommend it.

Awesome product. Combine it with a sensible diet and 3x/week exercise routine and you're good to go (literally). I lost about 12 pounds (177 to 165) since taking it and love that I have regular bowel movements for the first time in my life. Best advice is start with the lower dosage until you know how many you need each night. The recommended dosage is 3 to 8 capsules. I have found that six is about right for me (5'10" male, 41 yrs old, 165 lbs.). The only warning is to make sure you have easy access to a bathroom and/or cut down your dosage so it's not as "explosive". Sorry, don't know any other way to state that. Bottom line: it has worked great for me. Very pleased and will continue to take it.

It completely changed my life...

I started two days ago and last night took 4 of the pills. Although I felt a little ceamping and drained today, I have to say that my stomach is flatter already!!! There is no doubt in my mind that this works and I can now do up my size 2 jeans after only two days of taking this product!!!! This is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!!!!!!!

I've been taking the three pills every day for three weeks and I'd day that i'm mentally sharper, lessening of depression, bowel movements are at least once a day if not 2 or three. I feel lighter and my tummy is flatter. I didn't see any worms or anything as dramatic as the pictures. I will say that my poo has never smelled so foul. I don't know if its the old stuff or all the spices in the pills that cause the odor but wow it smells as if its been in there since birth. I'm polite so I double flush. I would't say its a miracle but i was surprized about my general happiness increase. Who woulda thought compacted poo caused depression? My advise is to drink at least 2 liters or more of water a day or your skin will be dry and flaky. Unless you have someone else to blame...do not have gas in public. Some poor unsuspecting woman in Hot topic took the blame for mine. He He He.

Yes it definately works! I've been taking it for about 6 months and I no longer have to look for the nearest toilet wherever I go! Anyone who thinks it doesn't work just needs to increase the dose a little to start with...taking up to seven at night A bit expensive I know but worth it!! After that you should be able to reduce to 3 a night.
I guess it may not work for everone but I'd be surprised if it doesn't

This stuff is GREAT. If you have a hard time going to the bathroom, you should try this. I have been taking this for 1 year. I take 7 tablets before I go to bed, when I wake up in the morning I am all set. It does not look like those awful pictures you see on the website. It just happens 4 times or less. After few month of using Bowtrol I've got rid of at least 2 types of intestinal worms (Tape- and ring worms), Candida Albicants colonies, and lot of intestinal deposits. They looked exactly, as at pictures from the web page. As I was about 50 years intolerant to any sour, hot or spicy food, I'm not anymore. Amazing!
I've finished 6 bottles of B. (2-6 capsules before bed) along with Metamucil at mornings. Now I'm taking a brake. I'm 62, and I'm doing a table tennis and windsurfing with even much more pleasure then before.

I have always suffered from bouts of constipation throughout my life. I felt bloated much of the time, and my BMs were sludgy. When I first started taking Bowtrol, I was skeptical... but this product seems to work well for me.
My initial dose was 4 capsules. I figured I could always take more if needed, but 4 was the magic starter number. My BMs were softer and no longer strained. 2 capsules right before bedtime takes care of me the next day.

When I follow my regular regimen of 2 capsules per day, I feel great. I feel more energetic and I feel like I've purged myself without extraordinary discomfort. It works differently from laxatives, and I feel better when I stay regular using this product. (Laxatives leave me feel tired and strained.)

Originally I asked "What the heck did I just do???" when I bought the 6-month supply, but I have not regretted the purchase. FOR ME, the product is great. I know it may not work the same way for anybody else. It does what it is supposed to do, I feel clean and serene.

I have suffered from chronic constipation since I was a child. I am now 56. This is the best product I have ever tried and I have feel great using it.

I never believed I could actually find a product that would enable me to use the bathroom once a day (and sometimes more). Have spent a fortune on other products over a period of 30 yrs. or so and this is the first one that I have ordered several times now. Spend 6 months of the year out of Canada and now take enough with me for that period. For me it has been a life changing product with no harmful side effects. If there was a rating system I would give it top rating compared to other products I have used.

I have had a sluggish bowel my entire life, my mother says I even passed blood as an infant. Since using Bowtrol, my life has changed. I no longer feel bloated and uncomfortable. I don't have to spend my life in the bathroom. If you aren't getting the benefit from the product, you aren't taking enough of it. I have to take 5 a day, everyday, or I don't reap the benefits. My skin is better, I feel better, and my waistline is much smaller. I have been taking it for 6 months, which is recommended. I will order it again, for sure. My family and friends notice the change in me, and it can happen for you too.

Having a BM has always been a challenge for me, even as a child. My mother used to call me "marbles" when I had a BM. I just figure that's the way I was. I've been using Bowtrol for about 6 months now & have a regular am BM. What a relief to be able to go without having to force it out. Unfortunatel, this will only happen with taking 5 or 6 pills at night. If I forget, no BM the next day. I do feel totally different around the middle but have not lost any weight. I love Bowltol & will continue taking it. I was originally signed up for the bi-monthly automatice deliveries. But, I the timing isn't right for me. So, now I'm ordering 6 bottles at a time. I'll just have to make sure I order with enough time to receive the product as shipping & delivery is very slow.

I think Bowtrol is the best colon cleanser that I have tried.

Used it for 30 days and noticed a huge difference.

Started week 1 using 3 pills before bed time. Weeks 2-4 used 4 pills before bedtime. After 30 days of use I have felt less gas/bloating effects after meals. At first the body took some adjusting to the pills. My stools were often and and as the weeks went on I felt the insides working and pushing stuff through faster. I could feel heavier spots moving down the intestine as it worked. It was interesting but the end result after 30 days has me 100% satisfied.

Bowtrol is a good colon cleanse. It is not too harsh like some I have read about. I have only tried Bowtrol but I liked it so much that I will use it again periodically as needed.

It is nice to have a flattened stomach and not feel bloated after meals...

PROS: Increased energy after a few weeks, flattened stomach, less bloating and gas produced by foods, an overall good feeling.

CONS: May cause you to use bathroom more than usual for the first week.

2 before bed everynight for over a year keeps my IBS at bay 90% of the time.

I have using Bowtrol for over a year. I previously suffered from constipation and bloating all the time. I never have that problem now. It keeps me regular without pain or gas. I would recommend it to anyone.

I started taking Bowtrol about two weeks ago. I started with the recommended dose of 3 before bedtime. Nothing much happened so I upped it to 5 pills before bedtime. I had some movement but not much. However I was still excited as I have had a problem with going period. The next night I decided to go for 7 pills before bedtime and followed it with a cup of hot herbal tea. That morning after my workout, it was ON!!! I felt such a relief and could not believe that much was packed into my colon! The following days after that were and still are pretty much the same. I have so much energy and I am sleeping like a baby! My skin is clearing up also. I am much more conscious of what I eat now. I've started juicing and absolutely NO JUNK FOOD!! I was VERY skeptical about whether this would work for me or not, but I tried it, following the instructions and taking 3 pills a day. It worked well, and I felt better in a couple of days. I've been using it for @ 6 months now, and I only need just 1 pill a day now to keep me "moving" right along. To me it's worth it to have guaranteed regularity!

well lets put it this way, if i was able to have just 1 bowl movement in a week i would have been ecstatic. even laxatives have had no effect on me. so when i saw an infomercial for dual action cleanse i realised that colon cleansing may be just the solution ive been looking for. so i did some research online before buying and discovered bowltrol had better reviews on various sites. bowltrol was more affordable and offered a one-time purchase option as well as autopay, which was just what i wanted. so after receiving it i saw results the next day, and continued to have a bowl movement everyday around the same time like clockwork. i was very impressed and felt lighter and healthier. which may have been in my head, but i definitely didnt imagine the obvious results! it works and im going to continue using bowltrol for now on!

This stuff absolutely works. You may have to find your "number" but this product makes good on its claims.

Bowtrol not only eliminated my intestines it eliminated the worries for me having a weak immune system. With the H1N1 going around, I feel good about not getting sick when everyone else in my household got the flu.

I'm on my second order. I have had problems for years and with the slow exit of the poop come headaches, bloating and skin breakouts. Well, after my first two bottles of Bowtrol I thought I was all fixed, and I was for over a year. BUT, now "it" is back and I'd forgotten just how rotten it feels not to be able to go to the bathroom, or running in and then nothing much happens. So, I'm buying my next batch of this product and I don't think I'll let it run out again. I feel so sick and bloated right now, I just can't wait for it to arrive. I've been promoting Bowtrol to all of my friends. It has naturally allowed me to get rid of the toxic waste and gas and I'm very happy with this product.

I have been on Bowtrol for on week with no results. I upped the dosage to 4 a day about 3-4 days ago. I am bloated and feel awful!

Didn't help a single bit for me but my husband and son used it and had great results. Every body is different and you just have to try and try until you find the one that works best for you.

I decided to opt for bowtrol because of the 'gentle cleansing action' and high number of satisfied customers. Shipment was prompt, I have 4 x months supply and took 4 tablets last night, with 2 probiotic this morning. Results very good. No cramping, just an urgency and productive bowel movement this morning...with 2 more bowel movements by 3pm....drinking lots of water and by the toilet helps, would'nt like to be in the office with it, as it's seriously productive!! no pain though and great sense of achievment after 2 months of rabbit pellets and hard uncomfortable stools..Yay! pooing is fun again!

I was feeling like everytime I "went", I still felt like I had more in me to get out. I've heard about many colon cleansers and looked at Bowtrol. I ordered it and it took two to three days to really get working and I am very pleased with the results. Some other colon cleanse product had some really horrible, snake looking stools to prove their effectiveness. I have not had this experience yet but I'm going about three times a day which is good enough for me. I'm pleased!

I haven't gotten it yet, its still in the mail but i'm pretty miserable right now so it BETTER work.

I have had IBS/spastic colon for years...since I was about 13 and always had an issue with bowel movements.
