works wonderful.no irritation like other cleansers that use some herbs that are too strong.i have irritable bowel and putting things that have have bulking properties in them ,like pectin etc.have a gluten effect which most people that have irritable bowel can not tolerate. it makes it worse and gives you gas and bloating..this cleanser does not irritate. you may have to adjust your dose to only one pill instead of two .two pills sometimes may be a little to good and get lose stools. i use it when i feel bloated an it works great. i give it a 99.9%
