I'd been wrestling with brain fog and issues related to candida. I found I had a tremendous sense of clarity after taking this product for a few days -- the brain fog reduced significantly, and I look forward to continued improvement as I continue with this product. Without going into gross detail, I've been expelling a lot of stuff since I've been using Colosan, and I really get the sense that it's cleaning up old impacted stuff in my colon and thus helping my body to properly digest and eliminate food.
