here it is i dont know yet if it will help me but i am willing to see if it does, i have thyroid issues,i take 250 micrograms of thyroid a day. and am nervous about trying anything, i bought acai burn about 2 months ago and was afraid to take it because of side efects, meaning i dont know what will happen, hopefully the side effect is that i will lose weight. i visited every websight i could find to read up on it. last night i told my self its time and i am tired of being fat. i have a 50/50 chance, either i will lose weight or i won't so i am 5'5" and weigh 246 pounds and i took the acai burn pill about 3 hours ago i feel some energy coming on, well i will write again soon with my progress. thanks for reading, shannin

I'm in with the rest of you 'didn't work' folks. Total scam. I took one pill in the evening with dinner, and another pill with breakfast before heading off to work in the morning. I had to leave work early because I was too nauseous to function. And yes, I found all kinds of unauthorized charges on the credit card, most of them from some secondary company they were working through. Ten bucks here, 5 bucks there, sometimes only like 50 cents. Sometimes two or three charges in one day. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Yes, acai probably does work, but you know what? You can buy a bottle of pure acai pills in the drugstore or Wal-Mart or whatever for less than $10. And the drugstore won't keep charging your credit card either.

so ive just finished the full bottle of acai burn and it did absoulutly NOTHING for me, i even used it with a colon cleanser, and the worst part is, you CANT get your money back!!!! i would say stop using weight loss products and get off your ass and go for a run or walk or swim!!!! anything will help! there is NO quick fix!! all the pics you see on these weight loss stories are photo shopped, these are not real pictures! the best advice i could give you is join weight watchers!! its something that you have control over and you can eat what you want and lose real weight! again this is not a quick fix it is simply a life style change!

I took the 30-day supply and didn't lose a pound. I even cut back on what I'm eating and exercised more. I'm not overweight but wanted to shed about 10 lbs. I didn't feel anything or get results from Acai Burn. I was greatly disappointed. :( I wouldn't waste the money on buying it. Exercise more and cut back on calories...that's what I'm doing now.

aCAI DID NOT HELPED ME. They advertise it for free for just $4.95 for shipping and handling. Then also they sign you in an automatic billing club. You do not know this until you start seeing the charges in your bill. Then is almost impossible to cancel the charges and shippings. It is a scam. The product does not work either. False advertisment! Be careful with Acai Burn!

I received the trial bottle. took the whole thing..lost about 5 lbs. didn't cancel. Received 3 more bottles at once. and got charged $59.99 for the trial bottle. and then for the additional 3 bottles each charged.
I am on my 3nd bottle since my trial bottle and I haven't lost a thing. I have even been kickboxing and doing training every day for an hour. little lb here and there. But nothing like I should be losing if this pill actually works.
I was ridiculous to think that a pill would be "magical" and take the weight off.
fact is: Stop eating, get up off the couch, work out....drink lots of water......that's the way to go.

don't buy this product. It's a waste of money. you can go to GNC and buy Acai directly which is the REAL product. No added ingredients.

I ordered the free sample of acai burn and got convinced into the colon cleanse to maximize my weight loss and I have never been so dissappointed in a product and a compnay before! The product did nothing for me and then i get my credit card bill and between the two i was charged $400 in one month !!!! I cannot believe that a free trial became $400 !!!!

I 'you tubed' about acai burn after I stupidly purchased the so called 'free trial'. Some fabulous man on you tube talked about the small print and what you get signed up to unknowingly. Thankfully I managed to cancel the junk they get you to sign up for. Havent lost a single pound and been on this for 3 weeks. total garbage. Even had an arguement with the acai burn representative and when I asked her that basically to look at the bottle is free thereafter when you open it you get charged the $59 and she replied....'Yes that's correct'. I feel like a complete chump for falling for this rot. Another life lesson learnt!

After arguing for 20 minutes, she said she refunded my account- i got her name and id number- and we will see if it appears in my account in 5-10 business days!!!

THE Only way I got all this information and Numbers is by calling the main number and pretending I was interested in their PRODUCT bc I wasnt getting anywhere by calling and saying im sending it back what is all the information i need-bc they didnt tell me anything. So once I got ALL the information down, the policies, etc, i told the girl what my name was and said NOW THAT I FINALLY got the answers, send me the addresses to my emails!!

I have contacted several governments who can investigate further on this unlawful behavior and obviously the bank.

Acaiburn company is a scam, they are very ingenious in stealing consumers money. I did not order the trial shippment online, because I did not like the conditions they mentioned there. Because they received my personal information, a salesperson phoned me next day, promissing that I will never be charged on my credit card, except for shippment $3.99. After I received the shippment I was charged for the full price, despite what I was promissed. I phoned them right away to cancell everything and I got a confirmation number for the cancellation. After that I received the second shippment!!!! ...and I was charged again. I phoned to check with them what was going on and surprisingly, they said that is not a valid confirmation number but their employee, LUCIAN, together with their supervisor Collen, assured me that if I send back to them both shippments, I will get a full refund for both of them. After another month I checked with them, they said to wait. After two months, first they tried to deny again, but because I had a tracking # for the shippment they agreed to refund only the second shippment, claiming that there is only 60 days guaranteed and the customer service representative and his supervisor denied what I was told before, for having both shippments refunded. I mean, I hope they will refund at least the second shippment, just happend today. I asked to get back the products for which I do not receive a refund, as I paid for them, but of course their supervisor Angela did not agree to refund nor return the products, and by-the way, first name for supervisor, Coleen, is not valid anymore.

You really want me to tell you about my experiance! Well I received the product with high hopes that I may finally find something that really works. I started taking them and was having terrible headaches, I thought maybe it was just a bad day so I took them again and again I had the headaches. It got so bad I went to the doctor where I encured a charge to tell me that I am allergic to something in the pill and to stop taking them immediatly. Well I thought okay I will call and cancel and send back the portion I didn't use no problem...WEll that is when my problems begin, they gave me instruction including me paying for shipping back the product, then I call because they charge my account anyway and had to argue with them for 20 minutes on the phone until they agree but don't refund me for 10 days...Then the next charges start coming out from other so called fitness places that you without knowlege of agreement tell them sure no problem take money from me while giving me nothing in return. Well I then had to be on the phone with 2 more companies to cancel something I didn't even know I had and get money back from them that they had no right taking from my account in the first place. So no I didn't have a good experience and I will never....never order there product again or suggest it to anyone else!Buyer Beware!!!!

For all the people that may have ordered online with a debit card and you want to make sure that they won't be charging against your account in the future you can do what I did. Make sure you have enough cash on hand to get you through for the next couple of weeks, (or just use checks), and just call your bank and cancel your card. they will send you a new card within 5-7 days and you won't have to worry about any unauthorized charges on your account. Just an idea. Good luck, and the next time I want to order anything online I hope I remember to check it out first!!!

We had the same experience - company keeps taking money off our credit card even 5 months after cancelling - items are impossible to track, we returned items to them which they are not willing to do anything about. We have now cancelled our credit card to stop them from taking any more money out.

The best thing anyone can do is CONTACT YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY! They know the best way to deal with these fraudulent activities and have a very high success rate of getting you your money back.

Doing it yourself is time-consuming and it will most likely get you nowhere as they have numerous websites and emails and the postal addresses listed are often false (as in the Australian case).

You need to call you bank, tell them of the unauthorised transactions, they will file a fraud complaint against the company and cancel and reissue you a new credit card so it can't keep happening whilst the dispute is being processed.

My bank told me that due to the number of complaints against this company the Australian border security are taking on the case for investigation.

In Australia, there is a 99-100% chance you will get all your money back if you contact your bank asap.

The tablets are not working for me or my husband but I have no way of contacting these people to cancel the orders. I have been trying for months now. I have tried all the website addresses they are supplying in the bolgs... non existant and the number (866) 989 8945 does not mean anything to me from New Zealand.

Unfortunately yes this is a scam. Caught me out. ALWAYS read the terms and conditions. Of course you won't get to see the terms and conditions because the box is always ticked. Now you have a problem because you are NOT signing up for a free trial but ongoing membership. Reputable organisations will send a confirmation email of the nature of the transaction. You most likely have not received one. Find that strange? Do something about it NOW!

I don't care frankly whether the product works or not. THIS IS A FRAUD, to gather your credit card details and as soon as possible charge your card amounts you will not know about or have agreed too. Most likely the charges will be in different names, in the hope that you don't notice the multiple amounts on your statement.

You will almost certainly not receive the product before the first charge is made and before the cancellation of the "free" trial.

If you're reading this, use the custoner services number asap and ensure you get a cancellation number. It is difficult to get the right number or one to work. You might as an additional precaution report your credit card lost and thus prevent any future charges. At the same time you should complain to your credit card company. In most ways the card company is effectively complicit with these activities. Given the number of compliants and notices on the internet about this scam, shame we didn't check that first, the merchant agreement with these companies should be cancelled to prevent future fraudulent activities. The credit card companies haven't got the balls. The customer service number may be on the bottom of one of the enclosed leaflet with your "product".

The free trial is not free. You are charged for the pills in addition to the shipping and handling. You are also charged for numerous mysterious items costing from five dollars to ten dollars that you never receive. And cancellation of product is a nightmare. I'm still trying to cancel the delivery of products after several weeks. No one is ever answers the phone no matter what hour you call and the letters I send go unanswered. I would not recommend anyone order this product online.

I really did not see any difference. However, I had no trouble cancelling the order. I did not encure any mysterious charges. I cancelled and was never charged again. After reading these posts, I consider myself lucky. I did lose weight but I think it had more to do with diet and exercise. No such thing as a magic pill.
