I started the program on Dec 25th.I was very anxious as I had go on line and read all the testimonials... I followed the directions and can honestly say that my results we no where near the one's I'd read about from the site. On day 4 I had a somewhat larger bowel movement than usual but nothing amazing, I thought that things would change, but they never did, the only thing that changed was that because of all the water I was drinking I was peeing alot more, but that's it. Due to all the craziness with XMAS,I inadvertently discarded all the packaging and invoice, or I would most definately ask for a refund..I thought I'd finally found "the product" not so.I had told so many people that I thought I'd found the answer to feeling better, and they were all waiting to see my results, they no doubt would have wanted to take part in the plan,if the results had of been positive

I bought Colonix back in August '07. It was successful in getting me to go everyday however I had to strain on every BM which was not fun. In the mornings Im left with cramping but cannot get my bowels to release. Maybe it is my body but this product did not have a full effect upon me. I want to go 2-3 times a day

I have been struggling with constipation off and on for a long time. It got much worse after having a hysterectomy. This past year has been miserable. I tried everything I could think of. I will say to anyone who tries it. You MUST DRINK THE WATER!! Just measure out 8 - 8 oz glasses of water in a water jug and make yourself drink it before the day is over. Follow all the program instuctions. If you're having problems on the program or have questions call customer service. I've called them and they were happy to help me. Just keep an open mind that doctors don't know everything. I've seen natural alternatives to healing work time and time again. Research it.

If you follow the direction and do exactly what it said it works. The bottom line is that it works for me. My skin cleared up and my taste buds change. I didn't like some the toxic foods i was eating,. I even lost weight and the bulged left my stomach.

think its a hoax . i am a medical doctor so know a thing or two about these things . those long strings everyone keeps holding up is not not not fecal matter but is in fact the gel which has solidified into that shape in the bowel.... drinking 2-3 litres of water a day and taking fibre daily will clear out any bowel and clear skin , give you energy etc . i think it is a complete scam..and yes i have tried it for myself.

I'm really not too impressed by the product. I've used Bowtrol in the past and decided to try Colonix due to their reviews on the website.

The nice thing was that I didn't have any headaches like some of you reported but the product also didn't do anything different for me.

In conclusion, I've had to spend more money and waste much more time to get the same results that Bowtrol gave me.

I am halfway through and it's pretty good, the Dr. who mentioned that it's just a matter of getting fiber... part of the point of this product is getting that fiber the we wouldn't otherwise get. True there might be cheaper ways of getting fiber but I don't honestly think I would get these results with Metamucil or the other fiber supplements.

I purchased three kits. I returned two kits unopened and since it was over the 60 days the company would not refund my money. When I contacted the company for them to send the kits back to me I was told that they had been discarded. This is a wrip off company who does not back their product. I was never contacted that they had received the product and did not intend to re-imburse me, nor was I offered for them to ship the product back to me. This stuff does not work. Save your money and time and do not order from them.

This product did not have me expelling critters or anything, but my bowel movements were more frequent and were very large. I liked it, just don't care too much for the price. Can't afford to use it as often as I like.

tried other fiber products with no luck, been taking dr natura fiber mix since mid 2005 once I got out of the hospital for diverticulosis attack. It really does work. I eat what I want to even though I should eat better I really don't and I don't have to since I have dr natura to help me out.

nope. bummed because i really wanted it to work. followed the instructions exactly. i was hoping for some crazy floaters, but all i got was many extra trips to the bathroom because i was peeing all of the time.

I'm almost a month in right now and have already seen crazy things come out of me! I'm talking about stuff that looks packed solid almost rubbery. I did get a lot of cramping during the night, but not sufficient dispelling of fecal matter in the morning. I have been using Colonix for 10 days. I am drinking lots of water, over 1 gallon per day. I am severely bloated and feel miserable. My stomach is sticking out 2 inches beyond it's normal point. I tried it approximately 5 years ago. I followed it precisely and I was disciplined during the 30day period. I would have liked to have tried it for 60 days straight but that was too much for me to take on as a rookie. Towards the last 15 days or so I started to see some of the disgusting things that I saw images on the website and I am on the web today because I was looking to order more for Dec 09..plain and simple it worked for me!

I did the one month cleanse - I felt great, although didn't find anything unusual released from within like the photos on site. The products were gentle and tasty, i quite enjoyed the program, and felt that it did do a nice cleansing.

I am 39 year old female, approx 141 lbs (for now) I will be 130 by the time I am done with my next Colonix! This is a great great great product. I have taken it 4 times over the last 2-3 years for 2 to 3 months at a time and also randomly take the bedtime tea in between. I really look forward to the feeling of "emptiness" I get while on Colonix- my stomach is always flat and I never feel stuffed. My energy goes through the roof (probably bc I lose about 10 lbs!) I've been using Colonix for 20 days now and have dropped some mega bombs, i am feeling a lot better, i did experience cramps for the first 2 days but honestly feel great.

Started the 30 day. In the end I did 60 days because my wife got pregnant into our cycle. I didn't get any of those extra terestrial dumps, but I did feel naturally energized and generally better after a couple of weeks. I also wasn't sprinting to the toliet like I envisioned. Good product. I will get more in two weeks.

It has helped my IBS and constipation to an extent. I wouldn't say it was a miracle product, and it's obvious that the extra BMs are mostly the psyllium coming back out. That's pretty obvious if you think about it. I'm yet to form a complete conclusion, but I'd say it was worth a try :)

this product worked for me about 3 years ago. I have been doing "spring cleanings" with it since then. The last time I used it, however, it did not do ANYTHING! I know what to expect as I have used it in the past. I wote the company to see if they had changed their formula. They were extremely unhelpful and, in so many, words said I must be doing something wrong. So much for keeping the customer satisfied. I will never use it again!

This is my third time using the program. I'd say the most important thing to keep in mind I'd you want to see real benefit from the program is to monitor your water intake (not too much, not too little - and that may change from day to day) and, most importantly, change your diet. The program can't work if you keep packing in the junk you're trying to clean out. Eat mostly fruits and vegetables, very little starch, cut back on all junk food, and go easy on the meat and you will feel great.

I must admit that there weren't any aliens purged from my system but the healthy feeling of well being and the now missing alergies were a great bonus. I am a pescatarian of 10 years, and buy 90% of my food organic. I am physically active and I drink at least 10-12 glasses of water each day. Despite all my efforts, I've always had issues with my bowel movements - maybe once every two days. Why do so many people on here have such poor spelling and grammatical mistakes? That reflects poorly on the company and comprises the credibility of the person who wrote the review. I don''t know who to believe.

Used in the past and ready to use again. Find it very effective. The only thing is you should not use the senna tea too long or your body becomes dependant on it. In-other-words, you will find you need it to have a bowel movement. Once off the tea, I would have constipation again.
The pills and fiber are great for cleaning you out. You always feel better after getting the clense.

I started the program 2 and a half week ago and yes! I feel a big difference.
