It helped...but it took me 5 months just to grow nearly 3/4 of an inch. And when I stopped, the small amount of growth went with it shortly. BA's recommended dose is too weak for most people. I think you would have to take double the amount they suggest to get better, faster results. Also, the price could be cheaper since it's a weak product. You're prolly better off saving money and buying a few individual herbs instead.

I think this definetly has helped me, it takes time and money, but after a while you really notice a difference. You have to not much alchohol, eat right, drink tonz of water and I took protein powder and I think it helped.:)

Hi, I'm 29 and a size 36A. After nursing two children for over a year each my breasts shrank even more (I honestly didn't think it was possible:). I purchased 4 months supply and started using it on October 6th, 2009. After two months I see zero results. I didn't even have a soreness that others do. Very disappointed.

I took the pills and applied the cream twice daily, at the same times every day. I had 4 months worth of pills & cream, and my breasts have not grown at all! They are not any firmer or anything, I was very disappointed with this product!

I've been on breast actives on and off for a good 6 months. My breasts has gotten bigger, but not a big dramatic change. Breast actives will definitely bring the "lift" LOL make your breast look more fuller. I was a 32A and jumped to a 34 B but thats because I wasn't consistently using breast actives. =] I hope I helped out a bit.

Melanie here, I have taken the pills and used the cream for 2 months now. At 1 month noticed a slight improvement in firmness now at 2 months beging to feel ther is a real differance. Measured at 34 small B to begin so I'll have to let you know how it goes. Will measure again the 4 month mark.
