I have only been using them for 3days and I can honestly tell you, that on the first night after using them, I could tell a big difference in my body. First I notice the soreness and ache in my body was gone. Now that I'm on the 3rd day, I have also notice that My headaches are less, I have more focus and energy. I will continue to use this product. THEY DO WORK!

after 5 days i noticed that the psorisis was diminished. took a risk and placed the pad on the psorisis area. the next morning it was gone. and has stayed gone now for 4 months.

I was skeptical about the pads sucking out toxins. i was right. the pads don't suck out toxins perse. however i did a urinanalysis test before and after usage of the pads and there is a hugh difference in the waste products. i did a 'pocket lead test on the after and before and sure enough the after had lead in it. so pass the sord along that the pads only halp the immune and lymph system remove bad stuff.

i am going to finance and perform with clinical trial, with clinical test doctors.
first is to determine the removed toxins, and the second to identify the effectiveness in a large population on the psorisis that they have. trust me kinoki is safer than emrile the anti immune drug, works by shutting down theimmune system not fixing the problem.

OBSERVATION: the people who have had negitive responce here seem to have little understanding of biology.

I've used them several times and have had good results, even those claimed by the adds.
I used them on both feet every other night and after two or three applications the pads incrementally became lighter, indicating that something was actually happening. I have a spinal cord injury with quite a variety of symptoms depending on which day it is, (those of you with cns damage will understand this) and have noticed considerable results, i.e. more energy, less pain, even a "feeling" that is similar to detoxing by fasting and teas. I don't know if this can be scientifically proven, but then neither can inertia be proven. And I agree with the Asian view of western medicine... it's not the end all to be all. There are a lot of things that we don't understand that "work". So my vote is whether it's "proven" or not, it seems to work as indicated and even better. I suppose that someone who is on several medications and experiencing multiple symptoms might "recognize" a larger difference in the efficacy of something like this than would a healthy person. But I would suggest that even a "healthy" person could benefit from their use.

I have food allergies and when I cheat even a tiny bit it always -without fail- causes me to be exhausted, itchy, and makes dark circles under my eyes the next day. Well, I had cheated more than just a tiny bit one night and I had bought the Kinoki foot pads a couple days before and decided to start trying them. I wouldn't say they helped me sleep that great (I have used lavender oil in the past to help me sleep and I don't think there is enough lavender in these) every time I woke up during the night they actually tingled and burned and I was afraid my feet would hurt the next day. BUT I felt clear headed in the morning, I had energy and my eyes looked bright. Also the burning sesation didn't make my feet hurt the next day. I can't believe I had no effects from cheating. I wasn't expecting any results for at least a couple days. I will be using my second pads tonight (without the cheating) I wonder what else it will do for me.

i bought a package of 8 off e bay for 99 cents so i thought who cares if it dosent work the ones off e bay come with an adhessive bandage thing you put on your self i suffer from ibs c and d and have had it most of my life im 25 yrs old i put the pads on befor i went to bed i could feel a slight tingling in my toes and the pad starting to warm a bit i just ignored it thinking i was just believing it worked so off to sleep i went i woke up at 12 and had to go to the bathroom those who have ibs know how uncomfertable it is and being able to go is great.i awoke 2 more times during the night to go and dont know if it was my ibs d that was kicking in or not im going to keep using the pads i have and see if it changes any they were also a dark brown when i took them off with like a slime on them i dont know if they collected any toxins or not but hey did any of you think that they might work like a nicotine patch by sending the herbs to work in your body and then your body flushes then out just a thought.so hey whats 99 cents give them a try for real and see if you notie any thing i dont know about the ones from big lots or any other retail store mine came from japan so yeah good luck to those who try them

it worked for me!!! i heard about this product a while ago, and after I have seen something on tv about how the japanese has a similar product to this I got even more interested. But I didnt get a chance to try it out till I saw it at Pick n save last week. I picked up a box and just tried it out for kicks too.

the first night i had it on wrong, instead of the label against the gauze, i had it against my feet. and it didn't even turn brown on me. 2nd night i had it on, and like everyone said, they turned brown, but i did feel a weird tingaly feeling the night i used it right. even my tummie, i felt like the fat was breaking down, and like i needed to go do a #2.

well, i'm not a morning person but i got up fine, it was weird, because i had already forgotten the foot pad. through out the day i was pooping normally. since ive gained 25lbs in the last 5 years i have been pooping once every 3 days, even went to the doc and he said that was normal. anyways, i dunt know what this stuff is doing but its doing something.

Well i don't know if it works or not, but when i put it on my feet i can feel the pads doing something, kind of a tingling that is hard to describe, that's probably cus it is pulling something out of your body or designed to make it feel like it is.. they do turn brown and slimy over night.. but that does not really prove any thing. only used them one night so far, woke up feeling no different. im sure they are a scam but i figured what the heck, for 10 bucks if they really do work cool if not.. that not.. worth a shot

These pads are a SCAM. They make them under so many different brand names. Don't believe me? Put a pad into a tupperware container and then cover with distilled water. Place the lid on to the tupperware container tightly and leave for a few hours. Now explain why the pad is dark and stinky? :)

It surprisingly did work for me.
I was at BigLots with my mother and i am always up to trying things like that so i asked her about them, she said they worked so i gave them a try. And i figured that even if they don`t its only a couple bucks, why not?
I am not positive that they did "remove toxins" or if thats what made me feel better, but in the mornings i would wake up and feel well rested and slightly ambitious for the usual day.
I am on my forth day with the Kinoki foot pads and so far so good.
And i think Joel may be right, they do become hard and dry when you wear them for a longer amount of time then recommended, this may be implying that they simply cannot reduce anymore toxins in your body. Making it not as much of a scam then you may or may not think.

I have been using the pads for several months. I am a former smoker, so my pads stayed brown. I didn't use them for about a week and started getting headaches. As soon as I started using them again, my headaches started to go away. I read somewhere where a chemist did study to find that there were "metals and impurities such as aluminum, iron, arsinic, lead, mercury and others. These kinds of impurities simply cannot me produced out of what they put in these pads."

I am stunned. For about the past 2 years I had been feeling lethargic and simply "blah." My MD tested my thyroid, nada. A year later my OB/GYN saw me and said "Your hormones are a mess," gave me a bunch of tests, nada. The chiropractor got the best results for me (which, if I hadn't had a back injury, I would have thought that was hokey, too). I was beginning to think it was just age (although I'm only 39)

We were at Bed, Bath and Beyond, the pads were in the discount bin and I thought "Why not?" Worst case, I blew a few bucks.

I woke up the next day, forgot I had them on, and thought "Wow, that was a great night's sleep." I felt oddly energetic. Then I remembered I had them on and thought "no way..." I'm on my third day with them. When I told my secretary, she rolled her eyes but said "I have to say, you do look better." I even had a client ask what I had been doing because I looked good (I'm a stock broker, trust me, I'm not good right now!).

If I had to guess, I would say it's the lavendar that is helping me sleep better and the "detox" part is crap. I know the reaction of the vinegar in the pad is what causes the chemical reaction, it's an astringent, yada yada. I awoke with a feeling like after a yoga class- nice, energized calm.

All I know is I feel better. It's actually a bit embarassing. And again, I think it has more to do with the lavendar which IS proven to reduce pain and aid in sleep with cancer patients.

I would also like to point out that most of the negative reviews- not all- are from people who haven't actually tried the product.

I have been having severe back pain for several days, I went to the Chiropractor, took pain pills and I would still wake up stiff in my neck and my back would keep me awake at night. After one day of the footpads I woke up with no stiffness and pain in my back. I have been missing work this week because I hurt so bad, now I can hope to go back to work on Monday. The first night, I put the pads on my feet. In the morning, the pads were dark and stinky.
The second night, I put one pad in a slightly moist clean white face towel. The next morning, the pad was darker and smelled worse.

it is true that water turns it brown, but I believe that they drew toxins out. Toxins are also eliminated from kidneys as well. the fact that they get lighter with use shows some chemical reaction occurred and feet don't sweat that much at night and if they do, then why the lighter color. not harmful to try one in a lifetime. Of note, if you soak your feet in tea every day for 2 weeks the tanic acid will eliminate foot odor for a few weeks, then repeat.

I don't understand why this site is not monitored to allow what people are searching for - actual experiences to be posted. Anyway, I haven't laughed this hard in a long time which wouldn't have happened if I wasn't looking for data on the product. More should be included in the box. Enjoy your evening.bf

I didn't really have any expectations. Being a professional in the alternative med field I tend to lean more toward healthy diet and exercise along with a seasonal detoxing kit from my health food store in Kansas City and/or fasting. However, I do believe in the power of herbs. So I figured, well with all the talk about these foot pads, I might as well try them. I did try one last night on the sole of my left foot. I woke up this morning and the pad was dark. I know that wood vinegar turns color when wet. It's Sunday, so I got to sleep in, that could explain me waking up feeling rejuvenated. The vinegar in the pad could explain the tingling sensation and the pungent smell (as I really do not have stinky feet, usually). And the adhesive, of course, explains the sticky residue left behind after I removed it. I don't care what color it turns. Tea bags turn color when steeped as well. I can't say it does or does not work for others. But it definately didn't hurt me in any way. I don't believe it sucked anything out, but that's not to say that my body didn't absorb the beneficial herbal properties of the pad ingredients. I'm going to use the rest of the box just to see if I feel anything else, but no miracles after one use... although, I have no major health complaints. Honestly, detox tea would give you the same benefits, but try the pads for yourself before you decide one way or another.

I just now started using the kinoki detox pads last week. It was incredible! Before I used them I was 5 feet tall, 240 lbs, and bald. In only 2 uses I woke up the next morning and I was 6 foot 1, 185 lbs, golden, wavy hair. And a roaring six pack!!! Hi, I think the pads worked for me. I'm only 21 and i've been using it for a week and it still turns black.. at first I thought it was a scam, thinking that the pads made my legs sweat and thus make the "tea bag" wet and look black. But the was one day I got quite drunk and had it on for more than 12 hours.. (we're suppose to use it for only 8 hours) and when I took it off the next morning, it was very dry.. meaning to say, it had sucked out most of the toxin and couldnt suck any more, and since it was there for long, it dried up. If it were to be a scam, in that it uses my sweat to make it look black and wet, then wouldnt it remain wet and black even after 12 hours? I did not. It was dry...

I guess why alot of people think its a scam is because YOU cant wrap ur head around eastern medication. I am an asian living in the states, but from where I come from, there are alot of medication to treat various parts of the body by simply treating the base of the foot. that's cus CHinese SInse have noted the various nerves around the body that passes through the base of the foot (as they are all connected) if u dont believe, go to one.. have him massage one part, and see how it tickles ur ear.. have him massage another part of your foot, and see how it tickles ur armpit.. it is real!

Unlike western medicine in which chemical reactions explains how the body works.. and thus how it should be treated. Eastern medication have a lot more 'terms' that you cant understand simply because your English Language does not have those terms. "Chi" is understood as Energy... (and though it is not exactly energy..) it is an important factor in chinese medication...
It is quite similar to how it is quite hard to understand the concept of Chakras by the indians using english language.. our language is our culture... our language is our world... if you cant be open minded enough.. then you'll miss out alot from other peoples' worlds.. and part of it, would be their different means of medication

I cant say that I have been helped by the pads but I can say that they were really dark the first couple night I used them. Then about a week later they started to get lighter and lighter now I can wear them and they dont change color at all. Thats just from my personal experience and I got mine at big lots for 10.00 (14 pads). I cant tell I feel any better, I dont have increased engery or anything but the color as lighted and in my mind I think they really do work.. Who knows??

This product may not be for everyone BUT. I am 62 and retired after 37 years with the Food and Drug Administration, So I KNOW THAT KINOKI HAS SCAM written all over it. But, after 4 doctors shrugging their shoulders, I was desperate. My feet were swollen, sore and had a rash all over them. I only used one pad the first night, and almost removed it in the middle of the night because it started to sting. The next morning there was a noticeable difference. I don’t care why it works, it just did for me. That was over a year ago. After a few weeks I quit using them. Several weeks ago the problem came back. It felt like I had rocks in my shoes. The remaining Kinoki had been thrown into a shoebox, I had forgotten about them. The rash on my feet had gotten worse, and the ointment the Doctor gave me was not working. After one use the rash was significantly reduced and so was the sore feet. I don’t care what color the pad turns. I doubt that it was a placebo effect It’s my understanding that you need to expect results for the placebo effect to work, and I had no expectations. I do now. I am reminded of acupuncture, just because we don’t understand why something works doesn’t mean it doesn’t. Especially when it comes to Asian medicine, they seemed to get along quite well without western medicine for centuries. If someone would delete the BS articles from this thread it would be easier to truly evaluate the product. But then mine would probably be deleted “obviously from someone who has a financial interest in the product”. But you would be wrong. I just don’t want to go back to the store in a couple of years to find that they have been taken off the market. I noticed a couple of other post had similar problems to mine and it worked for them too. This put’s me at odds with myself, because I know there are scams everywhere. And for many of you this will do nothing. But I haven’t heard anyone say that it blistered their feet or caused harm to them. Yeah it helped me. They were dark green/gray in the morning and were a little stinky but then again they are removing TOXINS people. Some of us are actually interested to know if these work or not. Did they help me? I'm not sure yet. The pad was definately greenish black in the morning and as a smoker I know I have toxins in my body. Today is my quit day so I decided last night to "detox" my body to get the crud out asap. My mother asked me to purchase them after seeing an ad. I was skeptical, but I didn't think it could hurt, and if they didn't work, I could always cancel the order, right?

My mom tried them. She didn't say whether or not they actually worked, so I thought I'd try them out. They smelled, they left sticky residue on my feet, and I decided not to even bother with the things. I figured I'd cancel them so that I wasn't being charged every other month for them. Followed the directions and used up the whole box. The pads do change color but also do that with just regular water. The placebo effect comes to mind. Money is better spent on cleansing products you can find at a reputable health store. Those have actual, documented effects for what they claim.

I have no idea as to whether my 11 yo son (for whom we bought them) is experiencing any detoxification. But I can say that his feet do not stink like they did! They are MUCH better since using the pads. Honestly, his feet were so bad that I feel $20 per box for stench relief is worth it. Be great if the detox works, but I'm happy with the product as is.

I got a box of Kinoki pads for christmas last year, and didn't actually use them until this christmas. The first night, i put them on my feet as directed...first verdict - no change.

Then I got a little wiser. Instead of putting them on the bottom of my feet, I stuck them to the underside of my scrotum and 'taint. I could immediately feel a surge of energy, and could detect a warmth that spread up into my rectum and into my penis. Sadly, the warmth was caused by me accidentally urinating a bladder full of pee, primarily because of the odd position I had gotten myself into while putting the pad onto my nut sack.

Anyway, I like the pads. Give them a try. Just be sure to shave your balls and asshole if you use this 'off label' administration method.

I work as a mail carrier for the US Postal Service, and I am on my feet most of the day, 6 days a week; I have flat feet, poor blood circulation in my bottom portion of my right leg & I have arthritis & tendenidous in my ankles as well. Needless to say, I was willing to try anything for relief from tired, swollen, aching feet and ankles everyday. Kinoki Pads are a complete scam. If you buy them, you know nothing about human anatomy and physiology. Real detoxification of foreign substances takes place in the liver, which modifies their chemical structure so they can be excreted by the kidneys which filter them from the blood into the urine.

Distilled water turns Kinoki pads black. Laboratory studies of used Kinoki pads show that they collected no toxins. The pads worked so well for me that I decided to test them not only on my feet but my whole body. I purchased 20 boxes at a local Bed Bath and Beyond for $400. I then methodically placed each pad covering the whole surface of my body about 14 boxes worth of pads. I did this over the weekend so that I could wear the pads for a whole 2 days. Yep, to my surprise they work for me. My allergies decrease significantly after I use them and I feel more rested. The effect on allergies is not likely to be placebo since I have tried other things I had higher expectations for. But anything is possible. There is no point in arguing about it on either side unless you do a double-blind placebo controlled study or analyze a used foot pad for its contents. Believing they may work is not stupid. If IQ scores can be trusted, it is a statistical likelihood that I am the smartest person to post so far (given that I always score in the top 1/10th of 1% on these tests, and there are only 564 posts at present). Maybe I am also crazy, but you don't know that without a clinical study or chemical analysis. However the comment about the magician and the robes and the other RPG references nearly killed me! And yes certain things such as fat or cellulite certainly cannot be removed by such a pad. On the other hand something like mercury that can enter your body through the skin could theoretically leave the same way. Or they could just relax your feet by trapping heat and have an accupressure-ish effect as a result.

These things are garbage...but a fun little science project. I tried them and got the usual and expected brown/black result in the morning. I noticed the sweat on the pad and then ran my little experiment after using the pad. What if something in the "medicine pad" was simply activated by moisture? It was. I got a new pad and added a little warm water to the pad, stuck it to the side of a bucket, and a when I came back a few hours, it was the same as it was if I wore it on my foot. Either it is crap or the bucket's toxin levels were high as well. There is an iron component in the "medicine pad" that when water is mixed in, it oxidizes (rusts). Water+iron+humid conditions=brown yucky. Like I said before: garbage; but a fun chemistry project.

I used another brand. Used for 8 days. My toes and part of my foot - Left worse than right - have had numbness for about 3 years. Dr.'s chedked for diabetes and also my heart. Gave up on trying but it worried me as it gets worse over time. Now, after 8 days, it is getting better. I'd say easily 20% better. And the callouses that were like hard plastic pads on my heel and front of foot, are softening. Dead skin flaking away. I think I feel better. More 'alert'? But that could be subjective or whatever.

Perhaps people who are not getting results my be using them wrong. The pads I use had conflicting instructions. Like Kinoki & Avon (neither mine) they show a picture of putting them lengthwise - going long from near heal toward toes. Of course this is not going to be very effective. This is reflexology. And that puts the pad, maybe 50% over the reflexology points intended to be stimulated. The points are just under the front pads by the toes. And the pad should be put across the foor rather than up and down. That way it covers the right area. More or less completely.

That is what I did and I really did get results. I was just hoping to feel better from less toxins. Anyone living in the US is full of toxins. Unless you can afford biodynamic foods and the like. Meats, veggies, fruits - all of it is full of toxins. Not to mention the air. Anyone eating fast foods - well, if you do you won't listen, and if you don't, you don't need to be told.

Well, I feel it is a shame that someone can call a product a scam because she didn't feel any better with it. I have been using Kinoki for about 7 weeks and have never felt better. I have a drastic increase in energy, my constipation problems have all but disappeared and I am sleeping better than ever. I just feel very good all over, don't know how to explain it. Especially if it's a scam!!
I first tried them because I saw an article saying they were a scam. I applied the pads to both feet and they came out very dark brown the first two days. Then the color got lighter and after the 3rd day I started to feel less sluggish than I had been feeling. The next 3-4 days the color on the pads got increasingly lighter until about the 7th or 8th day the pads were almost as clean as when I put them on and I was feeling great. Very little in the way of constipation and sleeping like a baby all night. This is from someone that has two types of cancer and a permanent disability for 7 seven back surgeries. (I am not saying this cures cancer or eliminated all my pain in my back) Just saying I now felt like getting up in the morning and doing things.
I stopped using the pads for about 5 days and when I started again the pads were dark again, but not as dark as when I first started. It took 4-5 days before the dark colored junk was gone again. I now use them about 3-4 times a week and am feeling so much better. As for the lady that thinks this is a scam, well I think it is terrible that you would say that because it didn't work for YOU. If I had a headache and took Excedrin, it would not work for me, but Tylenol would, or Aleve or anything else for that matter. I am not going to say they don't work, but they don't for ME. Almost everyone I know has had little or no luck with some medication and success with another that is almost identical. These people don't go out and say Excedrin or Tylenol or Bayer etc is a scam because it didn't work for them. Come on lady if it didn't work for YOU, that's too bad, but your article may stop someone from using the product that will help them as it has me and many others according the counts listed above.(246 said it DID help them and 293 said it DIDN'T help them) I rest my case. My suggestion for you, don't use it. Final note: I don't see Tylenol or Excedrin, or Aleve etc showing clinical tests on their commercials, just that it works. Go find another cause to fight for, and let people judge for themselves. I am sure glad I took that approach.

don't buy kinoki, if you want to know how it works for yourself, then buy detox footpads from ebay. you can get them for less than 32 cents a piece. then you don't have to blow a big wad and you can try them for as long as you want. plus they won't keep sending them to you. i never bought kinoki, but my mom purchased a lot of foot pad from ebay, and i am in my second day of trying them. i will post with my results when i am done with my trial period. Kinoki foot pads are a big waste of money. I have been using detox foot pads from www.purifyyourbody.com and I have never slept better or felt better during the day. I don't get the usual middle-of-the-day-rut anymore either. My sister-in-law who uses these religiously even send some in for testing. She sent in a used pad and a "control" unused pad. I agree with "Pat from NC". Everybody's detox needs are different and not every detox program works the same. You especially cannot expect foot pads to do 100% complete cleansing. Most people need to do a whole body cleanse kit for 2-3 months to clear out toxins, and even parasites (and do it once/year after that). The less toxins in your body and with parasites gone, the more your body is capable of using it's natural healing abilities.

Find out what your needs are and look into something else, since this product is not working "for you".

I purchased these off of EBay so I wouldn't be sucked into any contract and I could try them for cheap. Very interesting product! My Fiance and I used them the first night and both of us slept well. I have insomnia so this was amazing. Now Im not convinced the foot pads made me sleep better... for some reason I just did. His foot pads stayed in place and he wore socks over his to bed. Mine wouldn't stay on my feet so i used some clear tape over top of them to secure them overnight. I must say it didn't feel comfortable with the tape... but somehow I slept like a baby. In the morning I was very surprised. When I took the pads off my feet I was SO grossed out! They were slimey gray and smelled like a bonfire. They were completely saturated as well. His weren't quite as bad and said they smelled like bbq sauce. Ummm gross honey! My pads were alot worse than his after our first trial. Im guessing part of it is from the prescribed medications I take daily where as he takes none. Just a theory? But really, what are they? I don't know anything about them, or how they're packaged, but has anyone tried just leaving them out, without putting them on, to see if they change color? My guess is they turn black due to oxidizing agents in the pouch...simple chemistry can make anything change colors when you change the environment it is in. Or, they react to heat over extended periods. Or, maybe oils on your skin? I'm tempted to buy some of these just to experiment with them...

Well,it worked for me! All I can tell you is that I was about to lose my leg to cancer, and the Kinoki pads completely cured it. What amazed the doctors even more, though, was the effect is was having on my other leg. I admit I was skeptical at first, but Kinoki foot pads were simply amazing. From the first time I put them on, I could feel the ions drawing on me, and even though it has only been 2 weeks since I personally started to use them I can already feel the difference. I use them, one on each foot, every other night, and when I am in allot of back pain I have someone put them on either side of the back, just beneath the shoulder blades. These work everywhere. And when I started to use them on my back, somehow I felt my back crack in good ways when I would wake up. In my case, I am also autistic, related to exposure to heavy metal poisoning, and that's helping to draw that junk out of my body somehow which is making my mind so clear. Ok, I'm still skeptical about the whole "detox" thing. But to go against the grain after using it for only two nights now, I feel I should point out the positives. If you have poor circulation, especially in your feet, I'd consider giving this a try. No joke. It does have a warming sensation, and I keep socks on all the time--summer and winter--except for bathing. But with these on, my feet aren't as cold. They kind of tingle a bit and it feels like I have on little heating pads. So I don't know about the detox angle they try to push, but maybe they should remarket them in the US. Ok, first of all it helps to actually use a product before you give comments on it. Second of all, I think this product is wonderful. I am not sure what kind of results people are expecting but here is some insight on how a product such as this works. The ingredients in the patches do not so much as pull toxins from your body but release herbs that are absorbed in the body that promote detoxification. Your body will stil detoxify through urination, defication, and throught the skin. This is why often times you will have acne after using the patches. The skin is the largest organ used to release toxins.

Before I tried Kinoki food pads, I had a lot of facial hair (and I'm female.) So you can imagine how embarrassing it was for me to go out in public. I was a bit skeptical, but I decided to try these because nothing else has ever worked.

Yes it did help. I feel more clear in my head than I ever have before. It only cost me $19.00 for a 2 week supply. Since a lot of our pressure points are located in our feet it makes sense to draw out toxins through the feet. If it did not work for other people it is probably because they did not give it enough time. Some people have more toxins in the body than others. Bamboo vinegar (which is the active ingredient)is an amazing product for drawing out toxins. People need to realize that these things take time to work. Not like a drug that affects you immediately. Herbs and vitamins are foods that slowly nourish the body with time and constancy. YOU MUST BE PATIENT WITH ANY NUTRITION. It took you years for your body to become toxic, and it will take time to detox. Supposedly it only contains some sort of vinegar and green tea. My husband used these for the two weeks and they never got lighter, and then the refill package came and they are still not getting lighter. I don't think they work like kinoki claims. We're going to cancel this program. I do however think my husband has too many toxins and we will try a different homeopathic remedy to cleanse.

Well, I was given this product for free. There is no way I would have actually spent my own money on this product. Since I am a Physical Therapist, I am well aware of bodily functions and the way vital organs should/should not work. Since I am not an idiot, I knew this would not work, but curiosity got the best of me...hey, it was free. Not only did they not work, but they were itchy. I added water to the pads and sure enough...brown..oh my God..I must be drinking toxic water too!!! First, "toxins" get cleaned out by your organs such as kidney's and liver. If they don't, welcome to the world of dialysis. Assuming you do have toxins, what makes you think they would exit through your feet? Perhaps underwear gnomes also stole your missing undies.

I know there are many naysayers on here, but I for one have had a great experience with these foot pads. My husband has as well. Both of us are astonished at how our sleep has improved, much deeper with vivid dreams. Also increased energy. We went into this with no expectations, thinking they might be a scam. However, after 2 weeks, both of us are convinced the pads do eliminate toxins from the body. My joint pain (knees especially) is gone now. The pain used to plague me at night the worst and it was gone after just a few nights of using the pads. So, take this for what it's worth, but I would recommend using Kinoki foot pads.

In all seriousness (though I have appreciated the humor here),
I fell for the infomercial and purchased them before finding this site.
Each time I used them I felt really irritable the next day. No other change.
I slept fine and nothing else was going on, I just was extra short tempered the day after the night using the pads.
My family & sweetheart have requested I do not use them again. :)

I'm a forty year-old shut in, my Mom gave me some Kinoki pads for my birthday. I have a club foot, hunchback and I just always feel listless. First night tried one and woke up feeling I had alot more energy. So the next night, I thought I'd go for the ultimate, and put one on my clubfoot, hunchback, and I'm bald so I thought one there can't hurt. Next morning I coundn't believe it, I swear my clubfoot and hunchback are starting to clear up. They worked for me. Sleep better, system is flowing more natural. I am a believer in holisitc medicine as a first try. The only Dr. I will not try and treat anything holistic is my eyes. I have treated yeast infections with Bio-k yoghurt, acidophollis, scars vitamin e, do take all B,C,E, CO-Q10,lots others. Use essential oils for any small ailments that might pop up. I do colonics, nasal flushing, am a vegeatrian by choice. I practice yoga, I do like an occasional vodka. I am 59 years old and can proudly claim no disease. No. The dark color inside the packet gets moist from your feet sweat and thats wear the ugly color comes from. You don't realize it until you've spent so much money. Use a colon cleanser instead to detox.
