I ordered this after seeing an infomercial.. I had some bowel movements that look like it was just the 7 pills i had to take 4 times a day.. which is total 28 pills a day with also the instructions telling me to eat lots of veggies and fruits a day. well eating lots of veggies will push your bowels anyways.. so all in all if i had to rank this product on a scale of 1-10 .. i will give this a 2
