I have been taking Mega Cleanse about 2 months. Prior to taking MC my bowel habits were "non" habits... having a movement about once every 5-7 days in a good week... but extremely hard and painful... nothing has ever worked without severe cramping and unpredictability... Though I am still adjusting both physically and mentally (oh my gosh I get to go again today!) I am much more comfortable, not bloated all the time, and I don't have to use enemas or laxatives to get through the day/night hopeing for relief. I have to say it's been life changing for me.

Recently I was away from home for 2 weeks and I had no interruption in my movements while traveling - prior to MC I was using laxatives while traveling and they didn't even work for me, I's be constipated and miserable for the whole trip.....

It has been AMAZING!! I have thyroid disease and my metabolism/thyroid cause my digestive system to slow down. It results in constipation many times. I am a health nut and have done everything from Gluten free diet to fiber pills, Primal Defense etc. I still exercise 5 days a week and maintain a clean diet.
The megacleanse has helped me to have 2/3 bowel movements a day!!! I have been able to get by with being a little more relaxed on my diet b/c everything just CLEANS itself out now. I feel amazing...energy of a teenager!!

A friend told me about this product about a month ago. We use to share our stories about our lack of movement. I personally did a self test and went without a movement for 3 weeks. I know that's terrible but I was tired of having to take something that is suppose to happen naturally. I really like this product it does what it says it will do.
