Then two months later they will send you 60 tablets and charge your credit card $90.09 for it. When you try to send it back, they say the will not accept it back! It did nothing, their is another number you can call, I got from my bank when i realized they were still charging me after my supposed one time shipping fee. 1-866-286-1340, I was able to get to someone without a wait, but don't try asking for a manager, because they won't let you speak to them, if there even are any, they are either in a meeting, on another line, or do not speak on the phones depending on who you talk to. And they absolutely do not do refunds, if you don't receive your product it is your responsibility and you have to take it up with your post office, and it is $89.31 a month that they take out of your account before they send you anything, and i suggest notifying your bank to not accept anymore charges even after you cancel or they will say you never did after they keep charging you!!Anonymous - Didn't Work

I did not find the product helpful, and that's where my problem began. I tried to cancel the trial after i only had a few days to try the product, but i couldn't get thru to customer service after i saw they had already sent the charge to the bank. i called them and tried to explain they just said sorry no refund and hung up. now i see there are thousands of other people going thru the same. the company doing this should be run off the net just for scamming people. I received my bottle of Colon Cure last week but I'm hesitant to take the pills because it is not what was pictured on their website. And after reading all the "negatives" about this product here, I don't think I want to try it at all. I did notice everyone mention the "801" number and I have a totally different number on the paper that came with the bottle, it's 877-350-8480. When I called to cancel I was able to speak to someone (out of the states mind you) within 5/6 minutes. Of course when I tried to cancel they tried to sell me another "free" trial, which I agreed too, only to see if I would get the same product, guess what I got???? The Extreme AcaiBerry, which is another product I ordered separately through a whole different website. So even though I lost $3.95/bottle, I was able to speak to someone and cancel future orders. Stupid old me didn't do the research before asking for the trial of this crap and now that I read it there is no way IN HELL that I'm putting this thing in my body. Also the insert is the one that states that you will be charged for subsequent refills...DESPITE THE FACT THAT YOU DIDN'T ORDER ANY REFILLS they will charge you. Never tried ColonCure but was almost scammed by this company for the Acai Berry products. DO NOT BUY!!! Same exact marketing ploy as ColonCure, even same price and exact same Terms and Conditions and number to cancel (801)208-7485 with no results. I ordered free trial of Acai Berry Power 500 7 days ago and got confirmation with expected arrival date of 11/4/08, I was already skeptical but then when it did not arrive on 11/5/08 I did some research on the company and came across this site. I believe they are linked to Creative Edge Marketing which has numbers linked to various UT locations although they identify their contact as Davie, FL. i tried cancelling my order and tried for the entire day - it was ridiculous. someone finally got on the line and asked "can i help you?" and i responded, "yes, i wouldl ike to cancel my order" - i was immidiately disconnected. When I bought this item online for 3.95 i thought it to good to be true and I was right after charging me about $86 once for this I cancelled the order immediately. I did try the product and it did work for me. After I took the first dose it began working about 1 hour after. My stool was dark at first and the more I took it the lighter it got. My waistline went down by 2 inches (no joke) and my stomach was a little flatter. I felt lighter and less clunky. I workout on a regular basis so I'm only 162lbs size 10 but this helped me lose 2-4 lbs after taking the whole bottle. I went as far as giving a friend to try it and head called me immediately after taking it from his bathroom say, " this ain't no joke". But the only thing I don't like is the scam factor behind it and how they secretly charge you without your knowledge. There was no fine print stating the actual price of it, soooo misleading.

I tried the 15 day free trial offer using my debit card. It was a temporary card that expired when my new card was issued. The day that I got the product the company using at least 7 or 8 different aliases tried to debit my account the day I received the product in the mail (not 15 days after using the product). I tried to call them on the number package several different times during the day and evening but a recorded message stated I had 147 callers ahead of my call. Using my cell phone I waited more that an hour each time I called and the number was always answered by a recorded message. Sometime they use the voice of a woman and other times the voice of a man. The recorded message stated to leave a number (I did) if there were challeges, reorders or problems but no one ever returned my call. It is all a scam to debit accounts every 30 days for $89.47 for a 45 day supply. That's nearly $1200 because you can never cancel. They didn't get my money but they could have and I would have had no recourse. The product all laxative that could be purchased for less than $5 a month!

Saw the ad on TV, but when I went to order the "free sample" their web site wouldn't take my credit card so had to do it by phone. I should have know it was bogus when she didn't identify herself when she answered the phone. I didn't get my "free sample" until 5 weeks AFTER I ordered it then all of a sudden I started getting bags with a full sized bottle and nothing else...no invoice, no return address to send it back, nothing! Ok I don't know as to how much of a scam this is but I can tell you I ordered the free trail size and never recieved it. Then I find out yesterday that They charged my bank account with the full product charge of 83.71. They say they will give a 14 day supply and gave me 7. They charged my card for a 45 day supply the next business day without me even getting a second day's dosage taken. Then when I try to call the line was continually busy for the entire eight hours. Now it will cost me more money to stop payment on this company. I read that a lot of people have been scammed, so I made sure to cancel after day 5 of my trial. I hadn't seen the results I had expected yet and I figured, why chance getting scammed? I didn't have to wait at all for someone and they gave me a confirmation number that I had cancelled. Now I just have to wait until day 15 to see if they still charge me, if so, I plan to call again.

I bought the 14 day trial and with in a few minutes of my purchase I recieved a phone call asking if I wanted to try these coupon books for two extra dollars. I agreed and was told that it should be arriving in the mail along with my purchase of the 14 trial bottle. When I recieved the trial bottle it only had enough for 7 days not 14! Within two days of recieving the trial of colon cure I cancelled and asked about the coupon booklets that were suppose to be with the colon cure. They gave me two numbers. One is disconnected and the other no one answers. Today I unexpectedly recieved another bottle of colon cure but it was a 45 day supply and they charged my account $89.31. When I tried calling them to see why they sent this to me the woman said that it never showed up on their records of me calling to cancel and because I didn't have my cancellation confirmation number that there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak with a manager I was hung up on so I called back and sat on hold for another 15 minutes before I finally got through to speak with a manager. I spoke with Shane and he told me that I would have to send the product back and call back with a tracking number in order for my refund to go through quicker. I asked about getting refunded for the amount it was gonna cost to send the product back and he pretty much said that I would have to eat that cost. They also won't pay for the overdraft fee that they put on my account and when I asked about the coupon booklets again he gave me the same two numbers and couldn't give me a reason why they don't work. This company is definetly a scam and the people there aren't that polite!!! I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Ladies and Gentalmen do not order this product it is a scam big time I have filled a complaint with the better business bureau and have canceled my credit card and have filled a claim with my bank and got my money back. You cannot get intouch with any body at ColonCure to speak to them about this product. The one thing that got me was I asked the lady on the phone if there was any hidden fees she told me the only fee you pay is $ 3.95 that was for shipping and if I liked the product to give them a call and they would send me a bottle at a different price that this was only a trial period. What a scam that was I went to cll them many times and could never speak to anyone the recording would come on and then after 30 to 45 minutes of being on hold they hung up and this kept going on every time I called. Then one day I checked my bank account and freaked out because there was a charge on my account of 89.31 from ColonCure and that is why I canceled my card and got a new card. I found out the hard way that thier terms for cacellation don't say "after the 14 day trial", they state that you have to cancelwithin 14 days of placing your order! I tried to talk to one of thier "customer servicereps" and all I got was a large phone bill. I even asked if I could refuse delivery and he told me "they're are no returns". I guess the lack of a toll-free ,CS phone number should have tipped me off that this was a "scam" company. ordered it took about a month to recieve it. wanted to try it out before i order more so i cancelled it the day after i recieved it. that took an hour, 1 week later i recieved more in the mail. so i spent another hour on the phone and found that i had been charged $87 for this shipment, i explained that i had ceancelled and was told that in 4 days i would get a reimbursment, 6 days later i still had no refund. My story is pretty much the same as the other 132 people that tried this product. They charge you 87.00 dollars a couple of days after you order the trial product. I lost a little weight apporx 6 lbs. I called to cancel my order it only took 10 minutes and I got a confirmation number. I will be watching for any unknow/ unauthorized charges on my card though. I am sorry to hear there are so many other people that got it up the but from colon cure with no lube or results. I also did the whole free trial bs and it also took 15 days to even recieve the product. Hello exactly how can you call and cancel when you haven't even recieved the product. And when you do it does nothing I get better results from fiber suppliments. And then they automatically charge your credit card $89.31 every month they will not do refunds so you're pretty much screwed out of that money and are stuck with a product thats sucks. Hi, yes I too was a sucker and ordered the free trial, which I see now is not such a free trial. I just logged on to see if there was any info because I started taking the ColorCure 3 days ago and have not had much action in the bathroom - only bad headaches. SHE SAID SHE WOULD HAVE TO GATHER THE INFORMATION AND GIVE IT TO HER MANAGER TO LOOK OVER AND HE WOULD DECIDE WHAT WOULD HAAPPEN. I tried the sample and it did not help me at all but the worst part was when I called to cancel (as I was instructed) the "very rude" gentleman on the phone told me, there was good news and bad news. The bad news was that I was too late to call and cancel. I had the product 7 days and called on the 7th day and he said I was too late. They count the time from the moment you place the order, not when you get it. Then he said the good news is that my credit card was declined. calling my bank this morning. going to fill out an affadavit of forgery. couldn't get through the phone line until 3/4. ordered on 2/19. that equalls 15 days. Ha Ha they got me.... they think. My bank will be on on my side to dispute the charges. they probably won't hold the line and for that reason will probably just credit my account. going to be very firm with bank that I tried to call everyday for past 4-5 days, but then someone just happened to answer on the 15 TH DAY!!!! First of all, it was just like any other colon care vitimin out there so I called up to cancel, which was only two days of recieving it and two days later they charge my account for the $86.00 for a 45 day supply that I didn't want. I do not understand how this company manages to stay around. I have been calling EVERY day for 5 days and have not been able to cancel. One day I was determined. I was on hold for a full 73 minutes and still no response. To prevent them from charging my card, I called my credit card company and they suggested I get a vew card so that the company cannot charge me. That is what I did.Anonymous - Didn't Work

It took me 5 minutes to get through the busy line and then another 26 minutes of holding. I finally got through to cancel. I didnt even receive the merchandise till my 13th day of my 14 day of the trial period. I became curious about this coloncure when it took so long on hold. Thank you to everyone and their reviews. ordered it took about a month to recieve it. wanted to try it out before i order more so i cancelled it the day after i recieved it. that took an hour, 1 week later i recieved more in the mail. so i spent another hour on the phone and found that i had been charged $87 for this shipment, i explained that i had ceancelled and was told that in 4 days i would get a reimbursment, 6 days later i still had no refund. I spent another hour on the phone and was told that i had let the 20 day trial period pass before cancelling so no refund. I of course complained and they find that i cancelled 2 days after recieving the product so again they will submit it with this information to corporate and should be no problem.

Their phone number is constantly busy so you can't cancel. It is a rip off and these people need to be stopped. The reason they charge so much for this product is because they know the majority of people will cancel after their first shipment. I guess I'm the first one that got scammed. Make sure you read their terms. The company will charge you $87 every 31 days. They give you a 14 day trial for $3.95 but then will charge you $87 if you don't cancel within 14 days.
To cancel you will have to call their long distance number 801-208-7485. I had to wait 1 hour to get through to someone to cancel.
