I guess I'm the first one that got scammed. Make sure you read their terms. The company will charge you $87 every 31 days. They give you a 14 day trial for $3.95 but then will charge you $87 if you don't cancel within 14 days.

To cancel you will have to call their long distance number 801-208-7485. I had to wait 1 hour to get through to someone to cancel.

I tried this product and was very disappointed. It felt more like I was taking niacin or something. My head felt light, my stomach ached, and I didn't get a clean colon. Their phone number is constantly busy so you can't cancel. It is a rip off and these people need to be stopped. The reason they charge so much for this product is because they know the majority of people will cancel after their first shipment. If I cannot get through on the phone to cancel I am going to send any new shipments back to them and dispute the debt.

ordered it took about a month to recieve it. wanted to try it out before i order more so i cancelled it the day after i recieved it. that took an hour, 1 week later i recieved more in the mail. so i spent another hour on the phone and found that i had been charged $87 for this shipment, i explained that i had ceancelled and was told that in 4 days i would get a reimbursment, 6 days later i still had no refund. I spent another hour on the phone and was told that i had let the 20 day trial period pass before cancelling so no refund. I of course complained and they find that i cancelled 2 days after recieving the product so again they will submit it with this information to corporate and should be no problem.

It took me 5 minutes to get through the busy line and then another 26 minutes of holding. I finally got through to cancel. I didnt even receive the merchandise till my 13th day of my 14 day of the trial period. I became curious about this coloncure when it took so long on hold. Thank you to everyone and their reviews. I do not understand how this company manages to stay around. I have been calling EVERY day for 5 days and have not been able to cancel. One day I was determined. I was on hold for a full 73 minutes and still no response. i did not try it myself for the simple fact you can not get any info from the site like ingredients or direct testimonials all it shows is order this and when you try to leave site it just gives you a bot to slow your ability to leave for all those that are having a problem contact the bank/card that is being billed and dispute it with them explain most if not all will refund you your money and issue you a new account number to prevent future billing, also you can contact bbb to place complaints which if enough people do and have the info to back up complaints they will get fined and eventually closed

Okay I went for this trial and it the longest to freaking get here. I call and canceled because it took 1 week for the 1st movement to happen. I waited on hold for ever and freaking day. I refused to hang up (thank god for speaker phones). After I finally got through some rude ass person got on the line and asked me why I wanted to cancel.....WELL DUH DUMB ASS IT DON'T WORK. That is exactly what I told him. He said okay and hung up before I could get anything like a conformation number. The very next day I received another package from them I immediately went to my bank to see if I had been charged....SURE A FREAKING ENOUGH I had been charged. I ain't opened the bottle and I ain't going too either. I am gonna hound the piss out of them until I get my money back. IF they try this well we need the product back well okay then you will be receiving it and I expect a full refund. They just don't know who they messed with when they messed with me. I am stubborn and I know my rights. I refuse to take BEING SCAMMED laying down. I did not see that when I ordered their free trial. It's not on the recipt that I printed up niether. Worst experience ever, product so does not work and to call and cancel is a joke. I called 5 days in a row kept getting "sorry to an abundance amount of call please call back later" all day long or like other have said u are on enternal hold. Since I could not get a hold of them with their so called 14 day i too got charged not he $87.31 like said it was 89.31 plus a $2.50 MC charge and it never tells u that either.

I can't say yet it did not help, but, what I can tell you is, something told me to ggogle them with the FDA.... I found the reviews...I was able to call them, and, within 5 minutes, and, yes, the terms and conditions does state about the billing but who reads that..... I have not tried this product, first of all I would not nuy or try anything before I found out just what was in the product. I cannot find anywhere that this company list just what is in their product. Also, there is no customer service to even ask anyone. calling my bank this morning. going to fill out an affadavit of forgery. couldn't get through the phone line until 3/4. ordered on 2/19. that equalls 15 days. Ha Ha they got me.... they think. My bank will be on on my side to dispute the charges. they probably won't hold the line and for that reason will probably just credit my account. going to be very firm with bank that I tried to call everyday for past 4-5 days, but then someone just happened to answer on the 15 TH DAY!!!! i took advantage of the free trial but never recieved it . i then recieved the 60 tablets and was charged 89.31 - they have a new website and address and now charge $2 more than originally stated. i immediately called my credit card and disputed the charge. i then called colon cure or mycolonmd as it is now called. i insisted in speaking to a "supervisor" and got through to Aaron who after "listening to my complaint put the phone down. i called again and got through to Justin who was a bit more approachable but still refused a refund. i read the terms and conditions and realised they had not complied as i was suppose to recieve a 31 day supply. iam not a mathmetician but a 60 capsule bottle= 30 days!!!. so i called back and told them as i was now a customer due to them debiting my account that they owed me 2 tablets.Aaron told me i was suppose to take one capsule a day but the bottle staed 2 capsules and 30 servings..!!! believe me Aaron was not happy!!..i called him back after he slammed the phone down again. he was rude, unproffessional and even tried to immitate my english accent..!!!!.

I tried the sample and it did not help me at all but the worst part was when I called to cancel (as I was instructed) the "very rude" gentleman on the phone told me, there was good news and bad news. The bad news was that I was too late to call and cancel. I had the product 7 days and called on the 7th day and he said I was too late. They count the time from the moment you place the order, not when you get it. Then he said the good news is that my credit card was declined. This product is a major rip off, they are a big scam. Make sure you read the fine print on agreement and that you cancel before 14 days or else they will automaticially take your money. I lost a little weight apporx 6 lbs. I called to cancel my order it only took 10 minutes and I got a confirmation number. I will be watching for any unknow/ unauthorized charges on my card though. If you can find this at a drug store, try it but don't get it online. A beeter choice would be a liqid diet for a few days...

My story is pretty much the same as the other 132 people that tried this product. They charge you 87.00 dollars a couple of days after you order the trial product. When you call to cancel and get your money back, they will tell you its allready been 14 days, and that you can't get your money back. I went to my bank and they got me my money back. I found out the hard way that thier terms for cacellation don't say "after the 14 day trial", they state that you have to cancelwithin 14 days of placing your order! I tried to talk to one of thier "customer servicereps" and all I got was a large phone bill. I even asked if I could refuse delivery and he told me "they're are no returns". I guess the lack of a toll-free ,CS phone number should have tipped me off that this was a "scam" company. If anybody knows of any way to put these people out of business, DO IT!!!!!

I too have tried this CRAP.......Not only does it NOT work,it actually caused constipation for me. I was regular before using this product, just wanted to cleanse. Now I have trouble daily. I will be calling the # tomorrow(tried today,it's Sunday, maybe they drove thier BMW's to church) to try and contact customer service. I sent for the free trial for $3.95 and recieved it along with a months supply in which they already charged my card $89.00. In other words I never got to even try it first, they just sent the 14 day trial with a 30 day supply that I never even ordered. So they got away with ripping me off close to $100.00 bucks and can't do nothing about it. THAT STINKS and I hope they get sued big time for doing this to soooooooo many people. How can these people get away with this?????

Ladies and Gentalmen do not order this product it is a scam big time I have filled a complaint with the better business bureau and have canceled my credit card and have filled a claim with my bank and got my money back. You cannot get intouch with any body at ColonCure to speak to them about this product. The one thing that got me was I asked the lady on the phone if there was any hidden fees she told me the only fee you pay is $ 3.95 that was for shipping and if I liked the product to give them a call and they would send me a bottle at a different price that this was only a trial period. What a scam that was I went to cll them many times and could never speak to anyone the recording would come on and then after 30 to 45 minutes of being on hold they hung up and this kept going on every time I called. Then one day I checked my bank account and freaked out because there was a charge on my account of 89.31 from ColonCure and that is why I canceled my card and got a new card. Dont be like the rest of us out there and get caught with your pants down with this company they scam alot of people and did not get away with it with me. I have sent there product back to them and have not got it back in the mail. he trial bottle I did not touch because my wife said it was not a good product to use and so therefore it is still sealed, she had been reading some other reviews and that is what was said so take it for what it is a big SCAM to all of us.

I bought the 14 day trial and with in a few minutes of my purchase I recieved a phone call asking if I wanted to try these coupon books for two extra dollars. I agreed and was told that it should be arriving in the mail along with my purchase of the 14 trial bottle. When I recieved the trial bottle it only had enough for 7 days not 14! Within two days of recieving the trial of colon cure I cancelled and asked about the coupon booklets that were suppose to be with the colon cure. They gave me two numbers. One is disconnected and the other no one answers. Today I unexpectedly recieved another bottle of colon cure but it was a 45 day supply and they charged my account $89.31. When I tried calling them to see why they sent this to me the woman said that it never showed up on their records of me calling to cancel and because I didn't have my cancellation confirmation number that there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak with a manager I was hung up on so I called back and sat on hold for another 15 minutes before I finally got through to speak with a manager. I spoke with Shane and he told me that I would have to send the product back and call back with a tracking number in order for my refund to go through quicker. I asked about getting refunded for the amount it was gonna cost to send the product back and he pretty much said that I would have to eat that cost. They also won't pay for the overdraft fee that they put on my account and when I asked about the coupon booklets again he gave me the same two numbers and couldn't give me a reason why they don't work. This company is definetly a scam and the people there aren't that polite!!! I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. You can buy products similar to this in any store almost and only have to pay $10 or $15 bucks. This product doesn't even work anyway so please BEWARE.

Compared to other products, this one is pricey and not really worth it.
I read that a lot of people have been scammed, so I made sure to cancel after day 5 of my trial. I hadn't seen the results I had expected yet and I figured, why chance getting scammed? I didn't have to wait at all for someone and they gave me a confirmation number that I had cancelled. Now I just have to wait until day 15 to see if they still charge me, if so, I plan to call again.
Anyways, I now use colosan because it's only about 20 bucks and works much better.

Cant call them to cancel. So I called my bank and cancel my card and had a new one issued. I love to see their faces when they cant charge my card no more. Maybe then they will call me and I can cancel. CANCEL YOUR BANK CARD AND GET A NEW ONE.
Also look at your statements its billed to a different company each month. Which one do you actually cancel with?

They say they will give a 14 day supply and gave me 7. They charged my card for a 45 day supply the next business day without me even getting a second day's dosage taken. Then when I try to call the line was continually busy for the entire eight hours. Now it will cost me more money to stop payment on this company. I think we should band together and bring a class action lawsuit against this company. Second thought they are probably in some country with no extradition treaty with the USA, drinking pina coladas and laughing at us.

Like others that have sent in their comments regarding Colon Cure. I too ordered free trial paid $3.95 for shipping. Product did not help me. I wanted to cancel, but could not even get through to customer service. It sure is a scam. First you get lured into order free trial, then you try and cancel and can't even get through to do that. Why can't companies just take responsibility when their product doesn't work and own up to returning what a customer paid for it.

Ok I don't know as to how much of a scam this is but I can tell you I ordered the free trail size and never recieved it. Then I find out yesterday that They charged my bank account with the full product charge of 83.71. I called them once and they tell me thats not who they are, so I do some searching and find on this site that all of the people who have tried calling called this number so I call back and they say they are,nt who they are suppose to be,, so I do a redail to check the number and low and behold its the number the bank has and the number everyone else has used, so I call back and am on hold for about 10 minutes and they answer and I tell them what I want and it is the right place He says ok they will refund my money when I send product back with a tracking number on it. So we will see what happens If I get my money back I will post on here I am sure it will take at least a month to do this BTW the number is 1-801-208-7485
