i want to know what bowel movements are supposed to look like while cleansing

it did nothing for me but give me gas a very little movement, Which was ok with me, all of our bodies respond differently. but since i purchased mine at walmart, that just gave them a way out i was very sursprised i thought they were good people but they are not. it is not like taking a car to to different repair shops, they would not stand up for their own product, very bad business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!dencain@bentoncountycable.net

I've used it a few times and it helped a lot. The key is you have to detox, ie stop eating and drinking crap (junk food, fat, sugar, booze, soda) while you take it to be effective. I was able to shed pounds fast. The one time I did not detox while I was taking it, it was no help at all.

If you think of a slow sink drain that has gunk build up on the sides, that's basically what happens to your digestive tract. If feels as if this stuff flakes off some of that build up. I actually feel horrible around day 3 of taking it because it's stirring up some much junk but after a few weeks I notice a big improvement, feel cleaner, skin looks healthier, less bloated.
