Many of the tea bags weren't sealed causing them to leak the leaves all over the inside of the box. Therefore most of the tea bags didn't have the correct amount of tea in them. When I returned the product before the 14 days and sent an e-mail I was still charged even though a money back guarentee was advertised. Also after I canceled I continued to get billed 19.95 a month for Lean Living. I'm finding it very difficult to find them in order to cancel.
