2) How To Use The Product

The suggested dosage of Bowtrol is 3 to 6 capsules per day.  We suggest that you start from 3 capsules per day and move up but do not exceed 6 per day.  You should start seeing results within the first week of usage if you are on the correct dosage.  Also make sure that you stick to taking the dosage at the same time every day.  Most suggest taking the dosage right after you eat your first meal of the day is the best.
