Don't Be Afraid Of Red Meat

Good news, you can still eat red meat!

Researches from Harvard have found no evidence linking beef, lamb or game meat consumption with increased risk of coronary heart disease, stroke or diabetes.  
However, they did find a correlation between eating processed meats and the aforementioned risks.  
Processed meats contain more calories and sodium than unprocessed meats.
