Can Hip Hop Abs Help You Lose Weight?

Last year, after I ate way too much over the holidays, my doctor said I was 60 pounds overweight. I was so fat I couldn't even get a date. I needed to lose weight fast, and I hated doing sit ups.

I found normal exercise routines to be really boring and repetitive, which is why I could never do them for very long. Then I discovered the Hip Hop Abs program where you lose weight and tone your abs by dancing.

With Hip Hop Abs, I discovered the fun way to weight loss. Now the belly fat is gone, replaced by my lean, toned abs. My doctor says I am now an ideal weight, and my phone is ringing off the hook with guys asking me out. And as a side bonus, my dancing skills are now way better too!

I'm so glad I finally found an exercise routine that I actually enjoy. Not only did I lose weight around the belly, but also in my legs, butt, arms and face, because Hip Hop Abs is a total body aerobic workout. Nothing is more fun than dancing and losing weight at the same time. I didn't even like dancing that much until I started this program! I just pop in the video and follow the easy instructions as I dance to the funky beats.

Now when I go out to the clubs, people comment on how good a dancer I am, and I have to fight off the men! I feel more confident and I know I look ten times better.

There's one more secret to losing weight and keeping it off that I should share with you. I did notice that after I did the Hip Hop Abs routine, my appetite would increase. To avoid binging on food, I used an all natural appetite suppressant called Hoodia Gordonii. Once I started taking that, my urge to eat more after exercising went away.

With Hip Hop Abs and Hoodia Gordonii, I don't have to try fad diets that don't work or exercise routines that I don't enjoy. I am dancing my way to a sexy, slim body and a healthier me. If I can do it, you can do it too!
