How Long Should You Cleanse Your System For

The question "How Long Should I Use a Colon Cleanse For?" is answered.

Figuring out how long you should use a colon cleanser for depends on if you have ever used a colon cleanser before, where you live and what type of diet you eat. Let's start with the basics.

First Time Users

If this is your first time using a colon cleanser and you are over the age of 18 then you should cleanse your system for up to 6 months.

Regular Users

If this is not your first time doing a colon cleanse then we need to look at some of the other criteria such as where you live and what your diet is like.

Live In A Large City: If you live in a large city then you should be doing a colon cleanse once a year and for about 6 months.

Eat A Junky Diet: If you eat the regular American junk food diet then you should also be doing a colon cleanse once every year for about 6 months. Below I will go into a little detail about my favorite colon cleanser.

Both Large City & Junky Diet: Those who live in a large city and eat a junky diet should be cleansing their system for 6 months once every year. 6 months is pleanty of time for your body to be able to rid it self of the toxins.

Healthy Diet: If you are on a healthy diet and do not live in a large city then you can use a mild colon cleanser for about 2 months out of the year.

My Favorite Colon Cleanser

I fell in love with Bowtrol about a year ago as it's a mild all natural colon cleanser. When I say mild I simply mean that it doesn't make you head to the bathroom as soon as you take it. It gradually and naturally increases your bowel movements. When using Bowtrol you should see and expect results within the first week of using it.

Here is a list of stores that sell Bowtrol
