The Perfect 10 Diet for Weight Loss
A new approach to weight loss is Dr. Michael Aziz's Perfect 10 Diet. The plan works by stabilizing hormone levels.
The diet does not rely on low fat versions of high fat foods. It encourages the consumption of low glycemic carbs and saturated fats.
There are three stages to the plan as follows:
Stage 1: 3 meals a day with up to1 to 2 snacks. Grains and alcohol are prohibited.
Stage 2: 3 meals a day, with 1 to 3 servings of whole grains and 1 to 2 snacks. Alcohol consumption is permitted in small amounts.
Stage 3: 3 meals a day with the option of 1 to 2 snacks per day. Up to 3 or 4 servings a day of whole grains. Sweets are permitted, but sparingly.
